How exactly are you supposed to become part of the PWA team? You say if you ask to become part of the team, you get blacklisted. What other way is there? Besides a**-kissing your way into the team, there isn't much of a choice. I just don't see how that is a good formula for hiring people.

Basically you have to kiss some rear, and try to show off at how good you are at reviewing pw's? Either that, or be friends with the staff I'm guessing. :(

I was as surprised as all of you that I got the job, I never thought I'd even be considered since I wasn't best friends with the admins, guess I was wrong about Graal staff only hireing friends and family ;)

Psyker and I never talked before he hired me, I considered myself an annoyance to him because I was with sanstrata. When I got the PM from him I thought I had done something, or he was PMing me to say he was taking down sanstrata.
