No, I'd be pissed... we should have the right to stay in the gangs we choose / have friends in.

People from the existing gangs would have to run the new gang(s) so they'd bring their friends with them.

Gangs need actual reasons to raid and have members, no one raids on gang tag because people are afraid they will get removed for doing 1 thing wrong in the raid.
