Hence me ranting about Skyld not giving us any information on as to what is going on, it's sad that another person is coming into this thread before he does and telling us "Oh, I heard so and so is happening..". And if what Fall is saying is true, than Skyld really should just go back to not making servers like he has been for however long it's been since he's worked anywhere. Honestly, I don't see why you would convert back to a crap version of a server when there is a very VERY nice server already started.. I don't get what is wrong with people now a'days! !pissed!

If you expect people to take anything you're saying seriously, especially someone like Skyld, then I suggest you stop letting your maturity slip because it's your kind of stinking attitude that kills any motivation. When your post was brought up in the context of my name it concerns me, yeah. I'm not the one trying to gain something from this thread, that's you. You're just throwing lines of petty insulting and that is not the way to get an answer, only a means of ostracizing someone. If you have concerns for the server, either speak about them in a constructive and empathic manor or don't expect a reply. It's as simple as that.

Yeah, you're right I am the one trying to get something out of this thread, which is something that obviously won't happen. So, in turn I'll throw my "pretty insulting" comments out there because I feel it's deserved. Obviously Bomy Island is and has been a well liked project which Konidias liked to keep people updated on, and ever since he gave you "Manager" or whatever you called yourself, all you've done is kept people in the dark. So okay, why not give it to Skyld so he can do the same thing and we can just leave another potentially glorious server to die like you supposed "Great Developers" usually do. :noob:

This makes no sense either. Just because Konidias enjoyed posting pretty pictures of things that were not completed doesn't mean everyone after him needs to do the same. Posting rehashes of rehashes is not exciting in my opinion, and that's a lot of the work that we did. You can not force people to do things in the same style as someone else, or something they are not comfortable with; it would only lead to more disappointment in the end. Sure, Skyld probably should update people on where he is on the server, but posts like this are 'standoffish' rather than encouraging.

That "potentially glorious server" was only made possible by the "great developers" that have worked on it. Posting screenshots on a forum has very little to do with it. With that said, I'm done with this conversation. It's clear what you prefer, but that is not going to get you (or the server) anywhere. Don't expect a revival with a ****ty attitude like that, clinging onto someone who is long gone, and whose content was pretty much remade.

I wasn't exactly referring to "updates" as screenshots Rufus. An update to me is "Okay, well here's what we plan on doing" or "Okay, well here's what is currently being worked on". But no, nothing was ever done in regards to that and nor does it seem that any attempts have been made to do so. I don't mean to come off "standoffish", but it's just annoying when you want to be notified of something or feel that you should be and you're not. Also, I never intended to bring any distasteful words or insults your way or Skyld's way, it's just my opinion that we as "Graalians" should have been updated on a project that is open to the community. (I mean come on, Bomy Island has it's own Section on the Graal Forums.) x_x

I miss 2k1, i'm going to attempt to find a backup soon.
