There's no doubt in my mind that the thread failed in a joint effort, but to be fair, a lot of you had opted for Forum PMing us within seconds or minutes of posting something to either "justify what it meant" or to "elaborate privately". It's hard to support the idea of this thread's aim to be a "discussion" when most of the "discussions" took place on a one-on-one basis in PMs.

However that's not what you said. You made it sound as if the post on the private forums was a discussion between PWA and staff. It wasn't. Your story keeps changing every time you post. Stop.

So basically your joke suggestion was 100% a better idea than what we currently have now.

Har...har...har.

Actually, you'll find it pretty much all ties in, with the only fault on my end being as you said: I named it one thing, but in my own mind named it another. Public discretion comes to mind. It's not always nice for everyone to see that a member of a Global Team is sitting here saying something negative about something that was SUPPOSED to help clear the negativity .

Which is a good thing, because I haven't had breakfast yet, and time hasn't stopped while I've been here.

Although I'm inclined to agree, I'm not so sure that'd go over very well with Stefan. Could be wrong, but the sheer thought of it got a laugh from anyone else I said it to.

People appreciate the truth more than fluff. Even more so when there are people who know the truth posting.

earlier in the thread something was said by one of the PWA that the players opinion doesn't matter, but the way i see it, almost every single classic staff member, including the Admins is opposed to this solution.

i'd also like to say that i never once talked to any of the PWA's concerning the review, not even Bell.

I wasn't in the review. Now everyone just stop this fighting before I blow.
You all claim to be adults and every one of you have to admit I've treated you as such unless you acted like an 8 year old so stop acting like one.

1. yes, the review was flawed
2. yes, the pwa made mistakes in the review.
3. yes, the staff of Classic are also to blame for some of the mistakes.
4. yes, player opinion matters
5. no, DC is not a cheerleader, not a single person caught the reference I even meant "Save the cheerleader, save the world. I apologize to DC.
6. This is not over yet because quite frankly I'm not pleased at all with the end result but not a thing is going to happen differantly until I personally speak to all parties involved.
7. I don't think any of you realize it but every single one of you is becoming a cause of Classic's eminent demise.

I love the response "this dual manager system will kill classic. so im gonna stop playing."

Lets be realistic here, which is really killing classic? Two managers (hopefully) getting work done? Or people not playing classic.

Common.

Remonq 03-29-2009 09:55 AM

thanks bell for showing your willingness to correct the situation

MysticX2X 03-29-2009 04:07 PM

What might kill Classic is 2 people with equal power having a different say.

DutchGuy 03-29-2009 04:11 PM

The problem that Graal is suffering with is, qualified people making right choices.
Classic's staff is with no doubt kindergarten led by people who rather show off then actually do something for a change.
This goes for the PWA aswell. I don't know who's in charge of the PWA, but if that is you Bell, I would seriously consider to kick Tig and TSadmin out, and if not, I will seriously send 10000 mails to Stefan, because he's the core to all trouble. The fact he let's lil kiddies run his puppet show is the main reason Classic is and will always be a low peak from now on.
It would be a fine descision for them to pull the plug:) eventually graal will die anyway, cause 2D is 90s ;)

I mean, look in the other threads, haha we have GC's fighting over what events they host and how they do it haha.
We have admins that are not aware of descision being made by the PWA.

I mean find some structure in the organization that leads classic, then work on a better server.

kicking aerox out of classic would be a start

MysticX2X 03-29-2009 05:06 PM

The GC's aren't fighting in my opinion but that's how it comes off I guess.

BlackSolider 03-29-2009 05:13 PM

It looks they are. Not really sure why.

DutchGuy 03-29-2009 05:38 PM

You should keep your bashing at eachother to a minimum or take it to a PM. The way you guys prefer to communicate shows how pro you are. Not.

Shadow87 03-29-2009 06:57 PM

Gladius, we have 2 managers, work should have been being released their first day on the job!

But yea, Im glad bell said that because it still says what I said from the start, before the review even happened. The PWA do not play classic nor know classic enough to make a decision about who our manager should be. Making a 2nd manager and not firing storm seemed a little lazy, and corrupt. This in my opinion, made PWA look very, very corrupt. I saw tig on client the other day, 4 hours on classic on his account, 4 hours is enough to pick our manager?

When you said you are going to change the result of all this bell, I hope you mean removing both storm and thor from manager. Storm for obvious reasons, I dont even know how he managed to stay as manager, thats why I say PWA is corrupt. Thor I dont think should be manager right off the bat because hes biased, hes basically another HR, and classic will again become a test subject and nothing will ever be permanent on the server. I said that to TS , I guess it never made it out.
