As for the jest I stole that content, I assure you I did not and the work is purely of my own.

Decus_Arillias 09-16-2010 03:30 AM

wow if thats the case thumbs up for some wall images i was given and my additions to them.

sssssssssss 09-16-2010 03:30 AM

Hold on. I'll search google and see what I find. Then if I can find it on google we'll know where Dusty, Rufus, Cling, and that random account thats like never posted on here got it from.

We'll see if PWA's are allowed to support it, and go from there. From what I've heard, once you upload it on graal its graal property unless otherwise noted. If it's copyrighted as of when we posted it per RC, we'd be glad to say we made a mistake, its not bad to have on here, its not something someone was doing bad, and take it off.

I was told by Rufus it was from graal reborn, whatever that is, so I'll search that too...

Amen , beholder showed up and told you they are his images , argument over .

just out of curriousity . if what you said is the truth i would advise against accepting work from this individual again . the reason people don't reconize our names is because we were around graalonline years ago , by the join dates I'd say before all you joined . except ssssss .

Loakey_P2P, please read this thread again.

Cyril never stated he was personally contacted by him, however; he did receive them from somebody.

Just because someone else stole them and gave them to Armageddon still does not give them the right to use it. It doesn't matter where you got it if it's not yours.

Cling or whoever you claim to be, i can assure you even if we were given stolen content and did a **** load of work with it and added a lot of content to and from, (obiously outside of our osl for the blockheads who are simple minded)
the wall images and what was emailed wont be used because i honestly am sick and tired of fighting about things. These images were emailed to us about 5-6 months ago so you can only imagion the work ive done with them.

The images will be taken out and ill just question myself if i should let people continue playing garbage UN and Era and just use my time elsewhere.

if you honestly do have illegal graals then i hope you can only be as right as myself.

PS: if those tiles are yours then you must be making money off stefan for using some of graals orgional tiles that were within the tileset.

This content was and is 16X16 pixel tiles and is in graal form of its orgional source. Thats why its hard to believe you made and are making profit from it

im not saying it's the server's fault . i blame who ever sent them to the guys . but that aside someone did say they were e-mailed to them . that's the person to keep an eye on , least where their work is concerned .

Decus_Arillias 09-16-2010 03:42 AM

Yeah i would like to add to that also, there was a lot of orgional graal tiles with these tilesets. Even bombs and graal scripts with them. So if this is something you support dusty and any others then i can guess your only involved.

Cling 09-16-2010 03:42 AM

If you are in the act of removal. I thank you for your time and effort for this resolution... Given the drama that popped up was the exact reason I did not want someone hosting them on a Graal Online server.

And no, haha. I would never sell the "Graal Online" tileset.
I respect the work Konidias has done on the current pics1.png tileset, and BomyIsland's works. My images (which are not actually tiles) are waiting for an appropriate engine to be made from Suckerfree Games, (whom are also currently my main source of commission work.)

Again, if this is truly resolved, I thank you Decus.
The one responsible for giving you the images (I know who they are from the previous contact) is currently unavailable. Believe me, I want to give him another ear full...

I'm glad you popped on and paid for Graal from Graal Reborn (which I can prove, along with illegal graal dvds that include stolen servers and ****) which is technically an illegal game. Dusty and Rufus and "That random character" knew about this from the getgo. Why? I had to search over and over again for this.

Dunno if there are original Graal graphics, don't care. Whoever sent you the tileset in the e-mail could have just taken Beholder's graphics and inserted them in a bunch of other random Graal tiles that they collected. Since the tileset was e-mailed to you, you have no way of knowing, no?

All I know is that Beholder's graphics are being used on Armageddon and they shouldn't be. Yet here all the staff are trying to act like victims or trying to flip stuff around on other, but you're all just evading the issue here. You could have just said, "Oh, sorry I didn't know they were someone else's. Someone sent it in an e-mail, I'll remove them." But that would be too logical, instead you do everything but address the issue. And this is why this thread is so many pages long. Yes, it sucks to have to redo a lot of work that was based on stolen images, but that doesn't change the fact that the images were stolen. Pity doesn't grant you rights.

its resolved in either me redoing days of work or just dropping the project all together. Either way they'll be removed not because i personally think its stolen. im about 50/50 on the whole issue. Only removing them because of the drama.

Mildly unrelated but I believe his real name is Devon, I do not know his Graal Online account.

Haha, and thank you too, Dusty; But if the situation is resolved, it shouldn't require further instigation. Mostly likely all of the images in that email weren't renamed and started with "eye_". Guess I'll have to remember to watermark or sign the rest of my work.

is it too logical to say the guy who emailed to us is a close friend? ive known him much longer then any of you, and its been months, thats why i was personally confused and was wondering the reasons. We felt like victims, your not in our place so dont waist your feelings on a issue that isnt the same.Im not looking for pity obiously i was looking for answers. Your still acting like a retard
