But this is the wrong place to discuss your problem which could have been handled ingame, through a support ticket, or through a private PM to an administrator. You would've never gotten any of the responses you've gotten throughout this whole thread. :)

Most moderation staff will tell you to take your problems to the support center.

i did need to come here, because for one, the tickets are as useless as this "point" ur trying to make urself. and i understand what your saying, but you dont seem to understand that IM ONLY DOING WHAT I CAN TO HELP. u are not acknowlegdeing that.

you know, the whole patient thing was, ther was a staff; however, he was not listening and wasnt donig anything about it. i wait and when a staff was on, he not only ignored the problem, his ignored seeeing the scam being held in the first place, he was there,but he did nothing but ignored it.

im sorry, but its still not finished, and why do ya'll hate this when it as already proven facts we really dont want to admit so show we did? there are times when things dont need to be stated, but then theres the time it must be said. im saying now is the time we admit our mistakes, fix the problems accourd, and just prepare for whats ahead, and all ya'll can say is get rid of this?

Everyone agrees with what you're saying about staff. Heck even I agree with you.

I don't agree with him. He thinks Stefan -- the man who is supposed to be developing Graal3D, updating the Graal4 client, providing general updates for both gold servers and dealing with major Graal issues -- should be helping his friend with his scamming problem because his friend didn't think before doing something rather unintelligent.
It is very hard to be scammed if your head is on your shoulders.

Pixels that they paid for (even more so for GK pixels). They deserve to voice their problems and be heard. I completely agree with them that there is not enough help on GK and people get scammed all of the time.

Zero: You can't expect a 13 year old (or less, these days) to tell when someone is scamming them. It's not their fault that 30 year olds sit at the computer all day preying on little kids on videogames.

You show a good point, I agree with you there. I just think they should be voicing their complaints a little better then this and not directing it towards the wrong places that they know almost nothing about. I am GK staff but I have no power when it comes to scams. Does this mean it is still my fault because I am 'staff'?
