You really should stop making such announcements (e.g. "I'm done") in threads, as you rarely to never follow through with them.

Also, you need to keep in mind the necessity of having a relevant or at least valid point. What I said was in humor, though your preconceived ideas about who I support or do not support interfered with your reception of the joke. In short, you didn't get it. Should I have to explain every single statement I make in humor, just for the people who don't get it?

I respect your efforts, but I'm wondering what you really hope to gain from this, and why you posted it publicly instead of by contacting him yourself. (And, as he already mentioned, his AIM screen name's located in his profile)

Gain? Maybe knowledge of the person and who they really are and not what is personified here. I have nothing to gain from Chris friend or foe other than to know him. I like to see for myself how a person is good or bad and not rely on rumors and harsh words about him here. Funny I didn't think this was a bad thing to do, to get to know someone for who they really are. Lance I do things in the open, I have nothing to hide nor do I hide my motives. I am very blunt and to the point with my dealings, maybe if you knew me better you would know this.

Meh..I dislike being the creator of this thread created by moved posts, especially with the title =/

To the guy that said this:
"Chris didnt make it, too bad, get over it, many others didnt make it and you dont see them complaining as much as chris is. Chris you didnt make it, get over it, and you globals should stop nagging on these 2 new members for so far they have done nothing wrong and accusations should not be made until they have actually started working."

At what point of time did you see me complain or pick on any of the chosen two members? All I did was congratulate them and said I felt disappointed because I only got 3rd. Speaking of making accusations, isn't that what you're doing right now by assuming I some-how dislike the choices made? Hypocrite :)

Man..hiring threads and such should be locked from the start, they _always_ turn out bad ;x

MoonGod, my aim s/n is "ChrisTheDuckMan" and msn address is "[email protected]"

I agree, the title is misleading as it does not reflect your post. Please change it, Angel?

--Chris-- 11-19-2003 09:17 AM

Meh...
I believe I may have given you people a wrong impression of me in this thread as a friend pointed out certain things I've said did not convey what I intended. Possibly the worst posts I've made period is in this thread and far from my regularly known self. I'm aware some of you probably dislike me because of these posts and although an apology may not be enough to correct it..well, that's all I really can do ;x Sorry.

There. I think it is now physically impossible for anybody to get the impression that Chris started the thread :)

Oh, now I understand your post - Angel had already changed the subject before you saw it.

Thanks Angel :)

I saw it after it was split, and thought it still had the potential to be misleading. I reworded the title slightly and added a little note to the first post, just to be sure :)

Spark910 11-19-2003 07:59 PM

Didnt really need the split, the original topic was over it would seem.

Yes, it did. Angel wanted to close it because it was going off-topic, but I gave her a more appropriate suggestion.

Every thread basically goes off topic, its okay to keep it together.

No, you don't understand. She closed it. I gave her a better solution.
