Why is it that toran is involved in everything that is disruptive to both the forums and graal. For the last few weeks the focal point of all this disharmony seems to be toran . Toran this , toran that,
toran wants g2k2 reset, toran accuses Zoe. Toran apparently revels in the spotlight and is only happy when making others unhappy . All this aparently followed because toran wanted something someone else had and couldnt take no for an answer
so he got brad ,amoun and a few others from forest to harrass a person (s) till he got it. Now I don't know if there is a rule against a person disrupting peoples fun and enjoyment of graal and maybe there should be . As far as I am concerned Toran doesn't belong anywhere on graal

The problem here isn't just that Toran has harassed people, if that was the only problem then this would be a one sided arguement. You people need to realize, retaliating by harassing back isn't going to help your situation, I consider both sides here victums. Example: I'm in the trade house, Toran walks in, Tec chases him for the best of 10-15 minutes, Tec also chased Torankusu into his own maps and prevented him from leveling, I could really care less on which offense is more extreme than another, both sides are at fault here. I don't care if he commited CC fraud in real life or not, that has nothing to do with the situation in the game, if I shoplifted, got caught, and got punished, that doesn't mean I'm going to get banned in a game I play because of it. Also, please don't tell me 'Well Toran could go on peaceful to avoid getting PKed by Tec" because my answer to that will be "Well Zoe, Wren, and whoever else can go to a playerhouse so they don't have to see him, or just simply ignore him."

Uhm..what makes you think I ASKED them to harass you? MAYBE you guys actually DO THINGS to MAKE people NOT LIKE YOU. You're not perfect you know, and you're probably about as moralistic as Inuyasha and Kenshin.

"anU stole his shoes" is Toran. I have a screen shot to prove if needed, thankyou. I took toran off ignore when I heard through other masses that a battle was apparent. Yes, I must admit, curiousity got me.

This is just a few of the many remarks that finally ended by someone asking a stop to it because of children being on graal. This was in mass message.

It is a totally different arguement, and notice the sarcaism as he states he could buy a [some] plastic dolls...

You are simply using every thing you can to favor this fight in your side, as if it wont since Toran is the all so hated...

I think you are trying to find a middle ground simply because both sides are polarized, but that doesn't mean the middle is 'right'.

I had spoken with tec, we had agreed to let toran and his friends do whatever they want, that we were going to just have fun ourselves and Tec would stop punishing Toran for his misdeeds.

The next day, Toran and his friends hounded him all day until he left graal for good, then they moved on to Zoe and Wren.

I ask you, if toran is a victim here, why would he seek out to go to Dustari (those are not screen shots of forest you know) and wear a tag that says 'INVADING DUSTARI' knowing full well that the very people he claims are harrassing him are going to show up to stop him?

Just think about that for a good minute or two....of all the things these two characters (Toran, DevilsDice) could be doing, they go to our kingdom, with invasion tags, harrass our members, then cry foul?

I want to ask you very simply, is this something that harrassed victims do when they want to be left alone?

I have to say.....I think not.



As to the CC fraud, it was against a player here in GK, and as he was crying about being the victim of baseless acusations when it turned out he was lying and had ripped people off, I think it warrents being mentioned.

I set my nick to 'invading <kingdom>' when I goto any kingdom island, simply because I am bored and it's fun. Then I get PMs asking 'Why are you invading' or threats saying 'Don't you dare, I will send my best men after you' yada yada lol then I just tell them I am joking then they say 'Oh ok' and I go do whatever I was intending to do (quest or whatever). You guys seem to get mad so easily, sheesh. You need to go on TV in the SOAP channel and just get rid of all that drama thats going on.

The phrase was 'really lives' as referrence to 'not where you say you live but....where you really live'

If I was to make a threat, I'd say "I know where you live"

you CAN say 'really live', but that implies some dispute about where 'really' is.

As it was mentioned, it is completely out of context from the other remark, not in anyway a threat.

Even toran now admits at least a full minute passed.....if you are arguing, how many times do you say something new in a minute?

A) When you do it, it's in fun, not as a way to try to get some good screenshots to try and get someone banned on false pretences.

If you were in his shoes, with the history and the BS that's been going on DX, would you 'in good fun' just start an invasion? If you came to the shores, I would probably play along in good fun, but when Toran is in our faces full time and then does it, it's just tired and sad and not even vaguely in the spirit of fun.

You already acknowledged the time gap was so large, that there is no way that Zoe would have been threatening your life.

there are no more conditions. I can PK Wren/Zoe all I want. And I didn't "invade" to get screenshots, I wasn't going to PREDICT that she would say something stupid like "I could kill you" or "I know where you really live." I was actually going to finish a quest, but on the way PK Wren since she was there. Zoe just HAPPENED to say some ridiculous things; though, I wouldn't expect anything less from someone like her. :)

Guy, Angel got on and asked him to quit disrupting an event, tec replied with "fine ban me if you must." angel wasn't going to ban him. Tecumseh continues to PK forest members, and Jagen gets on to give me a bamboo rod, and Tecumseh is following me around in the trading room for nearly 15 minutes trying to PK me, so Jagen PMs him a few times telling him that what he is doing is ridiculous and more.

So you are saying you just stumbled upon an opportunity, to splice together two screen shots from different times, and the whole frame up thing all happened through a nice accident?

Dude, the very fact that they were fighting breaks up the conversation too. There are no logical grounds to believe that those two statements are part of a single threat.

Zoe wasnt fighting, and I doubt she would start talking and yelling as I said... I myself dont exactly find the point in trying to get them banned or get them in trouble with the threat but, it was made in a consecutive wording...

Maybe so but it is not up to you and tyrial to decide if someone is going to be banned, that is why I didn't even think about doing so, when someone disrupts an event, you report them to me, you don't tell me how to do my job

tec was a great guy and its a shame he left. I hope he will someday get back
