How was it -not- intentional? It's your, account which you have full control under. You changed that picture, knowing FULL well that people were using it on these forums. So unless you have some logical explanation to why it WASN'T intentional, you should otherwise shut your mouth.

No I didnt realize people were using it. And if I did see someone with the con banner I didnt think they were using my host I didnt make the banner. After con got unbanned I figured I didnt need it anymore and I changed it for a different forum bored but I made a boo-boo.:(

*whew* Just finished reading all of this and will just make one brief comment.....
The offending person who changed the sig to link to "porn" should be "Banned" Changing the link for whatever reason is a willful and diliberate act.
As for the people who also had linked to the sig , they on the other hand must also take responsiblity for their actions, they on their own accord linked to it and are responsible for its content as well, to claim no resposiblity is adsurd.
They are indeed accessories after the fact, if they do not want to be caught up in something like this , then they should only "link" to material that they have control over and not to things they don't , for they are STILL responsible for whatever changes ocurr with it as "long as they" are linked to it.

I believe you should be banned for 3 reasons:

1.) Having pornographical pictures in your signature. I don't care WHO uploaded it, you shouldn't have linked to it. If registering an account on another site for a picture is so important, do it with a trustworthy site.

2.) Racial name-calling and the use of much profanity.

3.) You're an idiot. Period.

NeoNPL and Brock should not be banned. Neither of them. It's not their fault some idiot posted a porn picture because they were "stealing" a picture. If everyone were like that, most of the people with pictures in their signatures would have porn in it. I've seen at least 10 from ign.com. More from other sites.

Then if it's not yours why the **** did you host it? I made it, but no you linked it and then you said if you want to use it hers the link.

nah vince I had priorly said that people could use it. I forgot. gah I shouldnt of changed sig1 on sighost but I use the other 2 for onlinefreaks.com and I didnt even notice anyone using the con banner. And once he was unbanned I didnt think anything of it. But ohwell I messed up.

Hello, do you realize the fact that it is also possible to just replace the image with something non-offending? Like a simple message stating "Stop leeching from my signature host, thanks.", I know that I do not visit these forums to look at such images, further even, I do not want to look at such images at any time. He willingly changed the image to porn, while he did not have to do it.
And it is not the case that he has "Replacing images with porn instead of acceptable images" syndrom. (No offence meant to anyone with any compulsive behaviour syndromes, nor to anyone who knows people who do have it)

See the problem wasnt that people were using my acct and I didnt want them to. The problem was I didnt realize people were and forgot that I gave out the link. I've been busy lately. So then con got unbanned so I didnt think i needed that banner there. I hosted a sig for my friend for a diff forum we use. But unfortunatly someone was using the old link I gave out. So they got in trouble and it was my fault =/
