That rule is exceedingly odd, but most of the offenders are scammers or rock stealers, so I'm happy with it.

I VERY rarely jail someone for attacking/killing me on tag, i just warn them alot.

Don't matter the only problem with them is they get away with to much and are given to much. Not fair to the other players and guilds. If you call stealing and PKing RPing, then the guild Criminals was hell of alot better. =/
