what are you trying to say .. Im just tired rite now .. Having 3 hours of sleep in like 2 days is not too good.

The one who would be the best, is the one who thinks they would be the worse for the job.
Let him decided who he wants to Co-Mod with, or let him put up a poll (but those always end up being popularity contests, sadly.)
Though, saying "I'm the best one to be mod, lol!" (ok, so it's spelled alot worse) Is NOT the way someone becomes a mod.
