Making GK free would probably save it, but then you have to deal with the consequence of Stefan and Unixmad not making money off of it.

Well frankly where is it going with being Gold? Nowhere. Time to make it free. Maybe for a period of 4-6 months and hiring a team to get on projects and fixing things so when they decide to make it gold again there will be a lot more to offer.

That was just running through my head, but some 'free' members might feel 'cheated' or 'raped of their time'. But since there is no infinite classic subscriptions to sign up for, new members would see it logical to simply pay a little more each time to gain access to a server that looks good (hopefully it does after new dev's sort it out).

What they should probably do is hire some assistant administrator like they did with Zone, and hired an assistant admin, Dan, in the Jobs Forum... GK needs another someone who can actually start getting stuff done.

The value of the plat needs to rise again, and more items have to be made avilliable through the event coin shop too, namely all event items except kingdom items, + the possibilitie to buy eventcoin for diamonds or something similar, as too few events are being held to get eventitems in a reasonable time.

The problem overall is that Graalonline dosn't have enough players anymore.

Maybe they need to work more on their marketing of graalonline. I remember back in 2001-2002. the player count at GK was never below 50. Unholy Nation had a playercount of about 200 players. You could barly connect you were always put into a waiting list.

Here's where the real problem lies. It's just not enough players, most of the players on graalonline have played the game for atleast 3-4 years. I barly see any new players at all.

And another thing aswell.

Make trails at GK harder to play, only allow them to level to a fixed level. Like 3-4. That would give them a idea of what the server is alike.

And also make GK noobfriendlier, it's hard at it is for new players, if it was a little easier maybe people would start playing the server and keep playing there.

Unixmad is trying to hire someone for marketing. I do agree that making it a bit more nub friendly would be good. But only as far as quests, how to do things etc. But hell some noobs have good items...i tend to think some usd..if thats the case then they can usd a gold account.

I think i've said that before. Hire new people, wait for xmas. Wait pretty much, stefan has to be doing something about it. O.o

ITT I repeat that Graal is nowhere near an awesome enough game to cost money us money. Charge for playerworlds, not for accounts

Currently Runescape offers me more than Graal of today.
Since GK is the only server Stefan "makes money off of" since most people have infinite classic and zone doesent need gold, Stefan really needs to update GK.
Really.
We should all quit and go to Runescape because it offers more.
