The only way around it would be to have investors that don't have some 'stock' share in company. They would be stakeholders but wouldn't have any entitlement (except legal entitlement to the value of their investment based upon some contractual agreement). I think.

The fact that Cyberjoueurs is a 'company' and not a 'sole proprietorship' or a 'partnership' would mean that there is more than just Unix at the top, but like I said before, since we can't know the corporate structure we can't make any more inferences. :{

You are thinking of "corporation" not company.

Did Stefan program fairyland? If not, I'm sure Unixmad could just have that person do some work on Graal, or just shut down the project as a whole and focus completely on fairyland.

I've never played the game so I wouldn't know if it was any good.

They purchased or obtained the rights to fairyland, I'm fairly positive.

Hmmm, someone mentioned Nintendo. Now imagine is they actually did make a online form of Zelda...awsome. Though Im still waiting for some SSBB online.

No.. Stefan didn't make fairyland, it was made a long time ago by Koreans I think or some asian country.

No, it was made by a gaming company who licenced it out. Think franchise, they get cuts of subscriptions, without the burden of actually running it.
