There is a difference. Our pronounciation, as well as some spellings are different... That's why Americans think Canadians say things like "aboot" and "sourrie"... An example of spelling.

American: Color
Canadian: Colour

They've moved further away from British english than we have.

America is extreme diversified, state to state everyone seems to have a different accent, even the same state may have those with different accents in different areas of the state (New York being the best example I can think of).

Why I just said that, as it's irrevelent to the current conversation, I have no flippin' clue..so..Lalala :cool:

Color is far superior. Less letters, so easier to type.
