Actually, I've found that it's a lot easier for people to do the wrong thing than to do what's right; and as such being a Dustarian is not quite so easy.

Unlike some of the other kingdoms, Dustari has standards :)

]And we are trying to MAKE it an RP server. You are not enforcing it, and you are one of the worst leaders I've ever seen.

however like i said, it isnt an RP server. And if you all want to ***** about rping so much, go make your own rp server. and boot everyone off of it who dont rp.
]Why don't YOU get off the server meant for RPing that you helped destroy, and make a wannabe RP server that is only scamming and pking?

The rest..Blah blah blah, excuses blah blah you suck as a kingdom leader.

Bleh! It's not like you rp as an elf...there's different positions for each such as the spell casting section =/

Samura is made up of one section with one race (militant humans) which is 1/6 of the different positions in Forest so I believe you don't have it any easier than the rest of us.

Also...nice work copying my event ^_~

ReaperJ 04-05-2003 08:44 PM

yes i dont think i have it any easier than you either.

I do not know what you are trying to say.

I also test their rp skills by giving them a random role to play and they must be successful in order to get recruited or have atleast some what of a good idea on what they're doing.
That didn't seem to be applied in the above log.

Regardless of whether or not this is true, kingdoms ARE an RP institution. It's the whole POINT. If you can't make sure that all of your players can RP then you shouldn't be the leader of a kingdom.

Kaimetsu, the message history has me saying to Reaper the same thing (giving them a random role to play blah blah) and in his he was saying something similar to "Argh! Anyone can rp as a pirate." x.x

ah, good ol rahz, he was such an amazing man ::tear::

http://www.graalonline.com/modules.p...&orderby=dateD

Anyone else notice that he edited the quote in that post to his own benefits?

Anyway...I think that all the leaders and topranking officials of every kingdom should meet together one day, in one location, and talk things over, sorta like negotiations, smooth out rough edges, etc, etc. Anyone else agree?

DenoriZakarum 04-06-2003 06:24 AM

The problem with the meeting is finding everyone on at the same time, but that might be a good idea

Kaiser2 04-07-2003 05:54 AM

Make an international forums thread based on a meeting and set a date.

That is false, please dont make such blunt statements when you are basing the accusation on partial evidence rather than facts.
You've tried to get angry at me before for the same reason, and I defending my position--I guess you never bothered to read the replies in those threads? Well please try to read my reply this time. Along with any other who may be confused.

Only 3 branches are based on base level at ALL: Military, Magi, Economic. The level requirements are only minimum level requirements before the promotion can be considered. How is that any different then this?-->

It should make sense, even from a roleplaying perspective, that higher ranking combat ranks would be reserved for more skilled individuals, rather than being a "Knight" and being killed in 1-3 hits. Zormite's system doesnt guarantee promotion after reaching a certain level, it just means they now have the opportunity.

True, maybe the Economic ranks should not follow such a system anymore, but those 3 branches have evolved from the original system which was used in the beginnings of the GK server. Rather than entirely reforming the structure and government of Zormite, I chose to maintain some stability and add to our former system, adapting to changes in the server, but at the same time making completely new additions with more liberal foundations.

The Naval branch is based soley on merrit, with no regard to base level.

There is also an array of permanent RP titles you can choose from which do not offer any sort of promotion.

The leadership positions also dont require any sort of base level to hold power.

--Chris-- 04-11-2003 07:02 PM

Heh, your rank has to correspond with your stenghts.
If you wanna be a Shaman you gotta fit the description (refer to the thread I made in Forest forums) along with have a certain height of rp skill. It would look weird to have a lv1 barbarian as a Shaman ;)

Anyways...it's either you rank up too easy in those categories or we rank up too hard Zen cause we see all these people that just run around all like "omg liek wts nub" with high ranks in Zormite.
