Aren't you and Aftershock the only ones with warpto? PW Inspectors and PW Admin should be the ones with warpto.

No upper council has ever existed. Basicly we did whatever we felt was correct in a situation. :/

The way we have it set up now is:
Aftershock and I manage the team basically, nemesis does whatever the hell it is he does.
And, the Playerworld Reviewers are also Inspectors.

As far as I know, Torankusu and I are the only ones on the team right now, and Vermain might do the odd review. Not sure who carries out our recommendations and reviews our reports anymore now that Nemesis is gone :(

I also don't know if we're understaffed or not. Right now with this council idea pending the role of the PWA is kind of undefined. We did deal with managment problems, staff problems (with the help of Nemesis), review offline and inspect online, which is basically what the councils role is in the first place...

Either you or Toran should take over. I would love to be on the PWT though. That is probably the ONLY job on Graal I would take now.

We were thinking about hiring Malak if it called for it.

Maybe to solve the problem with people complaining about warpto on player acounts we could give the PWT seperate account that they can use for the tasks that the PWT has.

Because only level 4 RC's can do that =\ which I think is silly.

I think Lyndzeys plan looks okay but I don't see the need for the head GM. I mean, all the GM's talk to stefan/unixmad directly, plus who is this person going to be?

I'm already handling help with support center, site stuff, forums, and gold servers.

the site manager looks like a good job, id rather be a site manager than a mangager on graal :P

I made this like a week ago which is why it doesn't say anything about your job yet.

I think it would be good if Stefan/unixmad hired someone who works in their office with them that is on a lot and can do head GM things. That way if an NPC server shuts down, or servers are having problems, the head GM can fix it.
