Yes. But you still wouldn't be able to ban TrueHeaT for doing it also.

A lot of people do, but it doesn't exempt you from the rules for that period of time.

i think only supermoderators and/or admins can ban you.

I, personally don't care, but if anyone else gets banned for it, you probably should too. As well as the others.
