Actually I started the desert a couple weeks ago although its not going to be quite that big I do intend to have it a decent size. My best estimate for having it done is about a week it just depends on how busy I am this week and I need to get a couple graphics from bird bird. How big do you guys think it should be (please be realistic)

Well... I don't have a good estimate for a size but I have an Idea you could add into the levels... There is a kingdom coming out soon called Obsydyon and it would be nice to have a Desert Kingdom? Maybe you add this in ... I'll get Gryffon To post what he would really want in it. But I think so far sort of an Egyptyan sort of deal, sounds good, Sorta -.-?

Yes but I wasnt working for G2k1 long ago and I'm doing this of my own accord because I know it needed done so I'm going through and making things that I've seen needed made one by one. Prioratizing I woul see about doing the staff of light quest but I have no idea whats needed for that so I cant just very well do it on my own now can I? I mean if you prefer I can just delete the whole thing and forget about it since technically it wasnt even assigned to me but it was there and just needed doing.

I was on 2k1 myself again today.
The only other people on were NPC Server and Stefan on RC.
But he came on his player and messed about on the elephant with me.
Then a few more players came n and we played CS.
So I suppose you could say its kinda betterlike when it was first released and stefan held events etc.

I was on one night, and it was just me and the NPC server.

Here are the reasons it's dying:

-Aside from role-playing there is nothing to do. Take a lo at everyone when you go online closely. If you look, at least half of everyone is in a kingdom. So guess what will happen when 2k2 will come out? You will have almost no one on 2k1. In fact, I think there will be more on Andor or Providence.

-Empty promises like Valder said. Janurary 22nd, 2002 Birdbird promises us a 64 level desert within 2 weeks. *cough* *cough*
SK alwaus says "Hey guess what staff of light coming out soon!", which was on Feburary 22nd *cough* *cough*

-I think people are getting some brains and have realized that working hourlessly for hats and gralats means nothing in the end because you can't do anything with them. So what is the point of going online to work? I mean, that's all what 2k1 is about...

So in conclusion

EVERYONE COME ROLE-PLAY ON 2K1 (before 2k2 arrives :D )

there really aren't that many people quitting..

After there are 25% people who registered in 2001 left on Graal2001, they'll all leave because of being driven insane by new pay-to-play players from Classic massing "WIL YUO B MAH B/F"!?QEG AND A HALF"

Overreacting about people quitting, yeah. But p2p participation is at a major low, 2k1 rarely exceeds 60. That's bad. VERY VERY VERY Bad.
