This seems p obvious to me, idk if there's something preventing it and that's why it wasn't suggested but..

Why not just allow people to set their respawn to the trade house or MMT, then you can take a second to change equips or heal up or whatever before jumping back into the fight. Rather than respawning in a pk area... that's just telling people to lame and can really screw over someone who simply lagged out or afked because they remain killable for the duration. Similar to every other server on Graal, as when you die you should respawn in a safe area to regain your bearings before continuing.

Then it wouldn't matter your level at all, because you would simply die once and then you can call in your kingdomites or whatever the hell you want to do to scare the person off, or just resume idling until they leave.

Laming the exits of these indoor respawns would be no different than laming the docks, so really nothing changes there, and that's the only drawback I can see. Of course you would still have the option of setting it at the docks and whatever.

Then perma-bmode it up.

toyotasupra 11-18-2012 01:19 AM

No thanks.

toyotasupra 11-18-2012 01:21 AM

Oh and we need that stupid pk countdown thingy Era have. K... Thanks.

OasaTor_PK 11-19-2012 03:01 AM

Awful idea.

I am only level 20 and would have a megatarget on my head..

Yet you voted yes to approve it lol

Simple solution to prevent noob lamming, only make members of the kingdoms BMODE... noobs will have no kingdom or have ability to "/kingdom leave".

Other alternative is not making Trials bmode, because of level restirctions.

I like the idea of BMODE... it actually fit's graal since any classic server or any server for that matter already does this.

This would probably discourage new players from joining a kingdom, not that we have some burgeoning group of new players desperately trying to join kingdoms as it is... I still don't want to discourage it.

It seems that those who are for the idea would also like to see some mechanism to prevent laming. Presuming laming could be prevented I think a system that favoured b-mode would be a step in the right direction.

Force everybody BMode with a phys lvl 60+, that players are usually fast enough to run in safe places.

Why would you discourage new players from joining a kingdom?

I would like to see some sort of incentive to engage in pvp as well (other than the kill/death display in your profile)

Yea, I have a solution for this lined up. It will add incentive to killing, somewhat like on Era.
