I think he was over exaggerating when said that he should be banned from graal but banned from being an admin is an appropriate measure, if one player can have a custom hat why cant the next player. Its not fair on everyone pretty much and causes one big fight.

It depends if they've done something for staff, I found a few glitches around era iphone and staff have given me items like explosives. I think it could be ok if they've done something good to help. :D
