You had something good going with the handle, redo the blade :(

Keep the hilt, make a scimtar like blade like this:

Pretty good, looks a bit dull though, also looks like it's pillow shaded but I think that is just because of the dark colours.

Bah, I'll redo the blade when I have time.

Think you could make an animated red "aura" emitting from the sides of the blade?

I hope you manage to pull something awesome off with that red because it seems like a difficult one to get right on a blade.

I was not really looking to make it red, it's hard enough like that to make a good looking blade lol

Next I could probably add fancy effects to it, but I'll see about that later. Got much more in the making!

Did you intend for it to look worn? It looks rough and ineffective. The nicks don't look like it's serrated but more like it's had its time, which is contrary to the colouring and inner texture of the blade.

I have no idea what to do on it atm, but I'm never done as long as I don't show 45°.

I often spend some time working on a lot of things, then I get back to finishing one later on, etc..
