This almost reminds me of the time we had the "Great Wall of Era", where access to Southridge was completely cut until a benchmark in donations was made... or the time Mange blew up PPA but that was less of a "Disaster relief" situation and more of a "PPA didn't deserve to live at that time" situation.

Oh my God.

First I'd like to know how this happened and if the glitch abusers were found?

Tomorrow I'll post a full post about my opinion towards this.

I don't see how the money is the issue.

Now people have lots of money and still have nothing to spend it on?
The prices of guns will just rise by roughly the same proportion that money was injected into the economy. It's not going to be unfair to new players because new players never really had a chance at obtaining any of those 500K+ guns anyway.

The only people who might be screwed over by this are the people who had a lot of money saved up to buy something and now suddenly their "lot of money" isn't really all that much. In which case slashing bank accounts by a percentage or a fixed rate would just screw them over even more. People who had almost no cash and had lots of items are the ones that stand to benefit the most from this, because now all their items are worth proportionately more.

So what can you do to reduce the value of items by a percentage?

It's not a race to see who releases what first... :\

Taxation, and further reduce it by 10% for being cheating *****s. :o

You should go with the auction idea or the "do nothing idea".

Auctions should also be ending earlier... The time they end right now is 2AM my time, I'm never winning any auction...

A and B!

LordSquirt 02-02-2010 12:14 PM

I say we just keep the money @ 0 and do some good old fashioned flower picking

PS: I like how you never banned the people who abused the glitch!!

xnervNATx 02-02-2010 12:36 PM

i second the idea of making every bank account to 0

its will not be a reset...but at least would clear all the dirty money people got over the years.

Then every "pro" is back on the beach and shoveling like noobs. ^^

I think every bank account should be set to 0 aswell.

Evil_SinX 02-02-2010 05:03 PM

I agree with keeping the bank accounts at 0 or at least slashing them.

Andre2006 02-02-2010 05:10 PM

Of course anyone who doesen't have much money would like the money to go down to 0, that gives them a chance to be one of the people who has most money. I say you keep the money as they are and do auctions or something.

But what I don't understand is, why do we have most items on a limited amount? We don't come here to spend hours and hours making money. We come here because we want to have some fun when we're bored, you should release all items to shops and sell them in an unlimited amount, release all the Event Items with an unlimited amount and just raise the prices on some of the things in there.

put a block in unstick, you grab and get every item.

Allow people to go on PKing sprees until era fully resets.

WIN ?!?!???

sales actually said he would consider this as the reset date came closer, not sure if he said that to shut me up or was serious, but when they did that before the last reset it was wicked fun

:D

It'd be silly to let you experience stuff you haven't experienced, such as not having the need for no ammo and having all the best guns. Most of the fun is finding out what it's like as your money grows, gradually. :/
