Sounds interesting, do you plan to do anything with that knowledge, like coreograph fight sequences in movies?

ReBBisH 04-12-2001 04:41 AM

I dont know but we have done some really cool fights to the Mortal Kombat thing and it went like this. I was like a mystical monk and I was standing completely still, holding my bo in a resting position. My two friends went up to each other, and did the formal japanese pre-fight greeting and began fighting hand to hand, but then they grabbed a double sided sword and a bo to fight each other with, so I stepped in the middle of the fight and it turned into a FFA ;) It was really great.

Like most people, I like katanas and other Asian swords.

knives/daggers
especially when using two knives in a combo

Maces are scary. Imagine getting hit really hard with a huge hammer.

Psyker 04-12-2001 07:34 AM

Katanas are always my fave, cutting and slicing with ease :)

But I like rods and tonfar, too.

Fai 04-12-2001 07:35 AM

Why does everyone talk like they've used these weapons.

Psyker 04-12-2001 07:38 AM

I've used a katana before, only problem, it was wooden, and my uncle's. With rods, I use any long stick I could find, or cue sticks :)

Tonfar... encountered that on Suikoden II.

I made a super duper sword gani... Incase we ever get to customize our sword ganis.

I usually use flagless wooden poles and sometimes ski poles.
