PSP now has some type of app store for online purchases, maybe Eurocenter should have a look at it again. As far as I know, they had it working with PSP but just didn't have a good way of distributing it.

Well, there it is.

They don't allow online connections for PSP minis yet.

Oh, well, that's dumb. They aren't trying to push something like Xbox live are they? (Were there can not be any external servers, microsoft has to handle everything.)

Nice to hear that you keep an eye on it though!

The problem with PSPs is the low data transfer rates and the current games with network features only work with Ad-Hac and are not using a router to connect to the internet.

For pretty similar reasons you could never make an online game for the DS. It's a shame, really :( Not something like Graal, anyways, where it needs to constantly send lots of data back and forth.

Well, I just bought Graal Classic yesterday, and it was pretty fun to say the least. I bought the Plus version, which was $1.99 first, and it turned out okay. I just really wish there was a player-list to show all the player's names, and be able to message them without adding them as a friend first. Also, I think it should be a good idea for the person to actually "Accept" the friend-request. All in all though, it's a pretty fun game.

Also, the "D-pad" was excellent for me. I had no trouble moving at all.

salesman 04-07-2010 08:51 PM

Is there an option to hide/limit nicknames?

Nataxo 04-07-2010 08:54 PM

yes you can hide nicknames easily. (Your profile - edit - options - *toggle switch*)

Oh I'm aware. They are perfectly capable, nothing is stopping them, would just be nice to get some heads up.

Must've been awhile back I guess. I mean, it's fine, of course. I just had no clue they were using it.

So, hey, new iPhone developer agreement.

Quote:

Applications must be originally written in Objective-C, C, C++, or JavaScript as executed by the iPhone OS WebKit engine, and only code written in C, C++, and Objective-C may compile and directly link against the Documented APIs (e.g., Applications that link to Documented APIs through an intermediary translation or compatibility layer or tool are prohibited),"
Clearly this means Stefan must replace gscript with javascript, right, guys?? ;)

Pretty sure it doesn't link to directly to the API.

Hence JavaScript and not C

Admins 04-09-2010 03:11 PM

We are not linking to APIs, we provide ways to configure the game and OpenGL GUI controls. It's against CS5 which is mapping all the Cocoa APIs to Flash and directly generating an ipa package which you can upload and submit to the App Store.

Just wondering can you actually go on classic Iphone on your PC? I tried to log on but it sent me to Login2.

Not sure if it's been mentioned before in this thread but I don't really want to search through 50 pages ^^

You can start by getting me a soda. Diet plz.

Supertron26 04-14-2010 08:50 PM

It seems to me that the moment players from the iPhone server enter the PC community they are welcomed back onto Classic iPhone as GP's. All this seems to be doing is making the other players on the iPhone server ask why they cannot "be admin" too.
All the same, I wish the same had applied when I started playing on "real graal".
