Any ways.... I do agree that the age limit should be about 15 or so... I'm almost 16 :) and I'm an Admin... Shame on me.... I'm too young.... lol

I'm __, Well, actually only one person on graal knows my age. The ones who don't give me a couple years older. There are 18 year olds who act like 12 year olds and 12 year olds that act like 18 year olds. It's the personality that counts. ;)

Dunno, there are still people who are older than 18 and they're still immature. Although you have a point. I am really starting to think there should be a censoring system for Graal, and there should be alot more police acts against the idiots of Graal.

Yea my sister got one, when she was 17. And they make this "VISA Bux" thing for kids.

Well, if it's Japanese pronunciation it certainly isn't Gun Mun, the language doesn't even have those sounds.

As for age... well, age is an infallible indicator of experience. But, as far as IQ tests, most of Graal's administrators, wether you respect the fact or not, have very high IQs and are very good at communicating. People don't progress very far without it.

The real problem is that many of our administrators are extremely emotionally unintelligent. The important factor in determining the quality of a person as a player or as an administrator is their emotional skill. And, sadly, even many of the smartest Graalians, most of whom are on this message board, are horribly emotionally incompetent.

Well said Dante. I too have to agree, but what i have noticed is with age, comes knowledge. I remember when i started playing graal, i was just as annoying as some people are today. I soon learned that by acting like that, i would get me no where. So i cleaned up my act, and look at me now...
Although, maybe after registering for an account you should take an IQ test, and have to be over a certain number to qualify.

Of course I won't say anyone. But think about people you know on Graal and ask yourself: "How does this person handle his emotions? How does he/she respond to annoyances or difficult situations?"

It's relatively easy to see for yourself wether they are talented in maintaining a proper attitude.

Maybe just an essay. Better yet, a 2-3 page essay. The not-so-liked-and-smart people would be like "wtf man i ain't doing no esay" and QUIT.
