It's really hard to choose, because 99% of staff on Graal are lazy, uncooperative, inactive, and have some sort of mental problem. There is only one person mentioned here that does not have any of these quirks. (Wyand)

If I could find a way to control Kaimetsu via mind control to prohibit him from creating a sentient AI through Gscript, then he would be my first (and only) choice. He would script a server so amazing it wouldn't need levels to walk around in.

I'm surprised no-one mentioned BirdBird.

BirdBird - Levels, Graphics
I've worked with him in the past, and it has been an incredible experience. He is competent, motivated, a true visionary... And his ability to take a simple idea and turn it into a breath-taking scene has only been seen in legendary graphics people.

Alarid - Graphics
He's expertise in pixel art fascinates me. He has been one of the few artists on Graal to have my jaw drop down. He's motivated and focused on his job, and have a good character.

Twinny - Scripts
Although I think he truly dislikes me, Twinny is actually rather proficient in programming. A true blessing to have him around... He can speak his mind and can actually go head to head with me on programming issues. I appreciate his grasp of the greater image. I just hope he didn't witness my truly experimental phase (where bloated scripts were made for the sakes of programming patterns experimentation ). If for nothing else, I'd have him to keep me in line.

Hachi - Gani
I could never truly get a hold of Hachi, but the ganis he makes are always fun and innovative. It's hard to come by someone with so much love for the details in life. His visionary perspective of ganis is what sets him apart; he makes the characters alive.

Wan - Levels
Wan has always had a particular feel... He is both fast and to the point. Some say Rome wasn't built in a day... And that's probably because Wan wasn't on their team!

Tyreal - Manager / Admin
Tyreal... What can I say? I've never met a guy with such a slick tongue. He is one of the few that has astound me in his social skills. Although he is competent in other skills, what sets Tyreal apart is his ability to interact with others. A server without someone who can coordinate the efforts of the team can't succeed. Tyreal has both the mind, technical skills, and social skills required to lead a team gracefully.

The whole idea that Stefan is rich is ludicrous.

Alarid (GFX) - A graphics powerhouse. A good friend of mines, and it seems we tend to have very similar ideas, but he is 10x better than me at it. Not to mention he eats pixels and craps animations. I've never worked with him, sadly, but I know what he can do and he does it well.

Crono (Levels) - Pretty, pretty levels. I can't say I ever worked with him, but he's one of the best level artists around for a reason.

Wan (Levels) - Pretty levels, and can do an overworld in like a week. What's more to say?

[True]Zero[Graal] (Scripter) - Very good script, and one of the few that are advanced in math. Also a very nice person and easy to work with, and from what I've seen is very innovative with GS2 and gets the job done.

Galdor (GFX) - Great concept artist. He would be able to do everything outside of pixels that we needed. Concept art, digital art, and important to Alarid and I - 3D.

Not really. I've heard a lot of names I've never heard of before. There are a lot of developers we don't really hear about because they don't browse the forums, so it's good to hear some unfamiliar names.

Zero says he doesn't play Graal anymore, he is a "raver" now.

WhiteDragon, I have only seen some of your scripts, and I must admit... They are tremendously well made. I aspire to be as focused as you are. There is no doubt in your ability to effectively program.

My choice was directed more towards a cohesive team that works together. I chose people I work well with and I know are hard workers. I haven't heard much of you so far, but you have piqued my interest, to say the least.

younger Angelu (Ideas and Graphics) - Although it's sometimes hard to work with you, it's usually pretty awesome.
