I don't see why you people are jumping down Bosh's throat for the fact that he's a natural leader.. Every time Bosh has come back everyone rushes back to him and looks for his approval... No I'm not taking Bosh's side because we're buddies or anything, because by all means Bosh and I have had our MANY fights in the past due to the fact we're too much alike and too stubborn to change. I personally am sick of the whole lowbie leader idea, not for the fact that I'm saying low level players automatically equal a bad leader but they never do anything.. I think it's time we have someone that can actually mix things up again and maybe even start a few wars. I tried that with Dustari but at that time Sam didn't like the idea of Bosh and I rolling CP and had me banned during the war, forcing me out of power. With that all said though bosh is not neglecting the development side of things either, for as long as I've known the guy he's always been coming up with ideas on how to fix everything though nothing was ever done.. Now that Stephen and Tig are actually getting things out into play around here I wouldn't be surprised to see Bosh's ideas taken more seriously.

Ideas are Ideas but who would he have to make these ideas that is not on the current staff of GK. Plus Kingdoms were not made to be played like a hot potato.

Every kingdom has been passed around like it were a "Hot potato" as of late.. Also I think you're underestimating Bosh in the sense he has a lot more contacts than you'd think. Don't get me wrong I'm friends the both of you hatred but I can't stand seeing everyone gang up on Bosh like he's some big bad guy set out to destroy Samurai. Bosh has been around FOREVER I personally believe he'd do Samurai a lot of good. Before you go saying "well bosh only plays for awhile then quits and that's not fair, he shouldn't be king" Yeah that may be true Bosh does come and go in waves, but when he is playing he ACTUALLY plays it's very rare to see Bosh standing around idling pissing his time away.

I don't want Samurai. They lack the style that only Zormite can offer.

While I'm not interested in leading it, I have Samurai's best interests in mind when I argue with people like Bosh who jump for it.

How can you vote Pojo for Samurai leader? he's already leading Zormite.. wouldn't that be some what like treason against Zormite? I know you weren't serious, just simply pointing out how goofy that was.

Pojo has worked on several items for Zormite that are to be released soon. He has been working very hard on trying to create a stronger player base for Zormite. His is a good leader.

Hell, I offered to help Draxx with gfx before I even joined Zormite, and I've been making graphics for Drake since I joined. They might not have all been added, but my brief flight of activity is alive in at least one existent wand

We all know Draxx is working, and Felix was behind a nice CP update. So it seems the only "inactive leader" you speak of Bosh, is Darklux, who's right now trying to solve that problem.

Then if he is a good leader, I again ask what his problem is with me, and why he wants to pick at everything I say as if he were my enemy and wanting to provoke a really nasty fight.

I don't even know Pojo, and I'm pretty sure he doesn't know me, looking at the comments. So I don't see where this animosity is coming from.

TL:DR

I've talked with Bosh. We've actually had something called a discussion, and it didn't turn into hostile arguing. He's got some ideas that don't suck. It sounds like he's actually refined them some. As long as he's willing to listen to my ideas and help work something out together, and as long as he dedicates time to other things such as development and getting new content uploaded rather then war RP's. I think I'll commit blasphemy and vote for him.

Samurai Application

So I have been doing some work recently for Samurai even though Dark Lux hasn’t picked a new Emperor yet and thought that I would post more of my plans and more details that I left out in part 1 and part 2 of my application.

Kingdom Developers
So I talked about doing all this development work with out listing any of the people who I have in mind that would be doing the development work for Samurai and also possibly GK. So I will list their name and their development skills and I will either end up posting their work or I will have them post some samples of their work with in the next day unless Dark Lux has made his choice by then. Loomis can also gani and LAT but he will be focused on doing graphics.

Loomis: (GAT) Some of you might already know this person because he was accepted by Bjorn to be a developer for GK a year ago and shortly after he became inactive for one reason or another so Bjorn fired him. He now is willing to come back if I end up becoming Emperor and is already working on two different sets of Kingdom equipment as I speak which I will talk about later. Loomis is a Developer or Admin on Aeon.

Zanza: (GAT/ Possibly LAT) More of you should know Zanza because well he has not only been playing GK longer than I have but also has been in Samurai longer then I have. He has some pretty good graphic skills that most of you probably don’t know of because he has only done development work for Aeon. (He has done some for some other servers but I doubt you know of them.) Like Loomis he is also from Aeon and used to be a Gat Admin but now is a Developer. Even though Zana has some pretty good GAT skills he might end up focusing on levels because he is currently the only person I could find for levels.

Soffro: (GAT) Not to many of you would know Soffro unless you ever played Era. Soffro used to do graphic work for Era for quite a while and ended not to long ago quit. Soffro would be one of the players who is willing to do development work with out being a kingdom developer or getting debug access so he would be more behind the scenes but still willing to help as a favor to me.

Silica: (Gani/NAT) Silica used to play GK about a year or so ago and recently returned so I am not sure how many people know of her who play GK but she does Gani and Scripts and she is also another person who would be willing to work with out debug access meaning that she wouldn’t be a kingdom developer.

There is more people who I have in mind that I have asked or who are pending that I will not end up listing because it would be pointless if they said no.

Kingdom Plans

Kingdom Ranks
So Dark Lux did a pretty good job with the ranks but I will still plan to change them around or rename them along with adding a few more. In the past Samurai has had quite a bit of ranks and I always thought there was to many because ½ of the ranks were never used. So with the decreased player count I plan to have possibly 10-15 rank titles that will also be easy to remember/pronounce at the same time. It was always a pain to get long rank titles when you couldn’t pronounce them so I am going to try to avoid that. So each rank will end up having at least two people or more depending what the rank is exactly.

Kingdom Equipment
So to go back to what I was saying before I am already having a Loomis work on the Kingdom equipment to avoid using the gear that was sent in two years ago because frankly those don’t represent Samurai at all besides the fact they are red.(The ones Draenin sent in no offense to him)
So right now its unclear how exactly things are going to be done with the kingdom equipment so I ended up having him make two different sets.
Bjorn said that the current kingdom items will be turned into normal event items and the new kingdom items will be tag locked and released one at a time for the kingdom to host off. So I am assuming if this happens the equipment stats will turn out better and at the same time it would be rare.
Tig or Klay or whoever is running the idea plans to make the kingdom items into craftable items that will be easy to make so that the normal kingdom members will have an outfit that represents their kingdom but still be tag locked items. So I am assuming that this set is going to have stats similar to the holiday items or possibly a bit better but nothing GREAT.

-(Ninja) Anyhow for the Bjorn idea I thought that we would use a Ninja outfit that would contain.
Hat, Mask, Armor, Shoes, Gloves, Belt for sure. It might end up having amulet, rings, and a bow.

- (Samurai) For the Tig/Klay idea I thought that a Samurai outfit would be more fitting for the lower stats so this outfit will contain.
Hat, Mask, Armor, Bracers, Shoes, Gloves, Belt, Amulet, Katana (This will be a new), and possibly a cloak.

My reasoning for having the Ninja outfit for being a rarer outfit with better stats is well the idea of a Ninja is that they are elite people who are hired by the King to kill people of his choosing. This means they have to be pretty damn quick and strong to do this so I thought it would be better fit to have that set made for the better stats plus there is going to be less amount of Ninja then there will be of Samurai. So the reasoning of having the Samurai outfit being the basic outfit is because Samurai are just basic soldiers really so their outfit deserves to be pretty common.
The theme I have in mind for the Ninja outfit will be something like Str/Dex and Damage/Agi because that is pretty much what represents a Ninja and possibly -Con or something stuck in because their armor is pretty thin.
The Samurai equipment stat theme will be something like Str/Con and Damage/Possibly +HP?
The reason for this is because Samurai have quite a bit of armor and it is thick so that is the reason for the Con and the reason for the Str is well because they are melee and strong.

Summary
Also at least one entire kingdom outfit will be made by Sunday and I will end up having I posted here and also in the kingdom equipment thread so that everyone can see the gear. I will end trying to get all of the people who I plan to help with development work post their work here or I will post it so you can know what they are packing. Anyhow if I think of anything else that I want to be made public I will end up having it posted here for you all to read If I think of it before Dark Lux picks a new leader.

Like Hatred did, I have to ask all Applicants to show their staffteam, so that I can know that the promised works will be done :)

First of all. I didn't quit. Zormite WAS at war with Draxx (not anymore) and EM is completely different from leading a kingdom. And why would he give me the chance? Simple. Because I'm capable. I dropped out though. That post was completely unneccesary.

These are the publicly listed people who will be working on Samurai’s development. I often times have other gfx artists which I outsource projects to when needed.

Vulcan: (Scripting, LAT, Gani) Vulcan, like John, already has debug for other reasons and is willing to assist in developing portions of Samurai that need it. His skills are well rounded.

Obs311: (LAT) John already has debug access, and I believe he has already done LAT work previously. He will be a welcome support to the LAT work needed to terraform the Samurai island.

SayianOozaru: (GFX) Sayian’s graphics have improved greatly over time, and I am confident that he will be up to the graphics challenges he faces with Samurai.

spikedude: (Gani) Amsel was the gani admin for ERA for some time, and I took note that he was able to do his job very well.

ImmortalHuman: (GFX, LAT) Satain has done GFX work previously, and is also capable of doing over world LAT work.

As for our projects, you already have a good idea of what I plan to do, and how the kingdom will look after things begin to compile together. I was not vague, and spared only the smallest details when going into describing all of what I have envisioned for the future.

You have the list of the future ranks, you have a list of the more radical item ideas, you have a list of the major projects and they are described in detail, and you now know that I have a varietied list of developers. I believe that when all of this is put together, you can see that what I bring forward is more than capable of being completed with the resources available to me.

While my team is working hard to complete these projects, we will also be building the nation in game. This is something I have proven time and time again that I can do better than anyone. I will not discuss details here due to national security issues. However I assure you, compared to what I had been doing in my last mmorpg, building up this kingdom again will be a cakewalk.

I’m qualified, my team is qualified, and the ideas will work. We’re ready and fully capable of beginning this work now, and we are determined to complete it.

Pat you still put draxx in pillory for no reason. Pretty bad when Pojo has to call me from another server to get draxx out.

I'd like to point out that Ninja and Samurai are two completely different things, and it doesn't seem logical that Ninja would be an elite rank within Samurai.

I don't see how it would hurt the kingdom either, though. Samurai shouldn't revolve around Samurai's, it should revolve around the Japanese era.
