It was on the server list, but when you clicked on it, it ran another program and closed the actual graal.

Maybe before but as of now, Graal3D still exists, the server is online and it uses the same exact software as Graal2D does.

Graal clients can now run 2d and 3d. If you're on Windows and using DirectX, it will switch your mode to openGL just to play 3d. Last thing they said about 3d was that it was taking alot of resources on the server due to wall data for collisions and such.
