We didn't rip anything off of Zodiac x.x

This is going to be totally different Chrono you have no idea even. All you saw was the same type of weapons system and your thinking we ripped them off?

There are many different things on Niromia than they have on Zodiac.

(Btw it is staff only again because we might go hosted now.The PWA might be coming)

If someone sees the screenshots without a description they'd be like "oh that looks a bit like zodiac!!"

I'm not literally saying you ripped them off, It's a lot like everyone calling any modern server an Era-rip off. This isn't going to be totally different.

We're trying to stir as far away from Zodiac as possible, We want to be 'unique'. There are a few things that I kind of 'borrowed' from Zodiac (namely the PM bubble to the right of the GUI). I'm going to revamp the GUI so it looks more Niromia-like and not more Zodiac-like.

No you're not. If you wanted to do that you wouldn't even touch the pics1.png.

I'm not saying that you guys ripped off of them, I'm just saying that the two servers look similar. I'm sure yours will own Zodiac.

You're not unique. Valikorlia in 2003 was unique on Graal. Maloria's RPG, Zodiac, and all these other servers started after Val2003 was a success. Shame they killed it off. :/

Graal was Zelda Online, so Graal is a "rip off" of Zelda? Think about it. We are pulling ideas together first, like gathering sand in a pile on a beach. As we become more well known, we will shave away some of that sand to make our own sandcastle, better known as Niromia. Now I'm not saying we are taking things left and right and throwing them together. What I guess I'm trying to say is that we all gotta start somewhere. What you see now is partly what we see is liked among most people that we believe will generate interest. And as we progress, more and more aspects will be contributed that will bring Niromia to a whole other playing field, if we play are cards right of course.

It's the fact that eventually people do get tired of "what appeals to everyone" and want something new and interesting.

That's when a reset comes in! :D

Besides when we go hosted theres no rule that says we can't change to deal with public interest.Heck, we could go from classic to modern if the public wanted it.

Niromia is just a taste of what people like right now, with a whole other spin on it. People are getting what they want right now, and are also getting something new.

I've seen Niromia advance step-by-step, and, I like what I have seen. Good job!

Haha That "Dragon" I made awhile isn't a dragon. It's a shadow wraith, and wow Niromia has progressed so far. I remember when I was the first and "Only" Lat for a LOOOOOOOOONG time. Haha. Now That have help Niromia is advancing and there looks to be no stopping it. :D

Aeon is going modern style and I plan to make it as unique as possible in that theme. I have some RPG-type elements that I plan to implement. And it certainly wont be a copy of Era since I haven't played it in years myself. I have based some major gameplay elements off of Planetside.

Anyhow, don't judge a book by its cover, this statement is directed at Crono. I was reading the topic and the positive things being said and you barge in their with "Oh its going to be a rip off", nice way to kill the mood.

Just to get back on topic, what do you expect of Niromia? What kinds of things do you want included in the general scheme of things?
