It's a website that offers graal hacking tips and programs to download. Evolve's a known graal "hacker". His name is listed on the staff page. Why wouldn't he be jailed and banned?

Police do exactly what they're called, they police.
Jail hackers, people that PK in town, people harassing others, people violating other rules or causing a lot of trouble.

Well for one thing, you cant prove that a graal player made that site. I could easily make a cheat site, and put someone elses name as the creator. Uh oh I hope i didnt give anyone ideas lol.

I guess you could say Graal is growing up and obviously changing. Two sides are rapidly being formed, some like myself are wanting to keep it the same as it was, and others are wanting to change it to be less tolerant towards PK's. I don't know what the solution is, I just know that I'm against jailing PK's unless it's during an event. But that's not what this post is about. Basically Stefan made the game, whether you like it or not he has supermacy over every choice. Bad mouth him if you want, and even I have before but when it comes down to it he has last word so we should deal with it. I can't blame people like the game for trying to enforce their own ideals and such and I kinda respect em for it, but don't expect the other side to go down without a fight if at all. We should follow the rules Stefan sets aside but even above that we should maybe setup a democracy on graal as corny as that sounds but let the majority decide by voting. Yes we'll still have bickering but at least eveyrbody will have a chance to voice themselves. Also I think the idea of the Judicial System that I think Dark Man X Suggested is an excellent excellent idea. I'd love to be a judge or even the Police Chief at this point as I want to lead Graal in the direction I think is right and I'm willing to listen to the opposition. Tolerance is everything folks. Will I still PK? Yes. Will I still lead and evil guild? Yes. If elected and was on duty would I PK and not follow the guildlines I'm binded by. No. But when off duty I would PK and such. And I don't think there's anything wrong with that. Sorry for the lengthy speech, I hope it made sense to you all.

Ok ok, Evolve hasn't even done anything on G2k1. To me, he seems non-hacking now..doesn't really look like he's hacking anything or he'll have alot of gralat or something because thats the only valuable thing right now. So I don't think ANYONE should jail someone until proven guilty..EXACTLY why we have Court :)

I think we should make a private courtroom so not so many people will come in and PK or disrupt us.*cough*

Didn't TrueHeaT say in one of the older topics in here that he used to use hacking programs (For being invulnerable while delivering pizzas) and do I see him jailed all the time? No I do not.
Should Evolve be jailed because he used to hack?? In my opinion not, a person shuold always ge a chance for proving innocent (I think Dark Man X his plans are eprfect for that), because otherwise peolle could just construct a site like the one with Evolve's name for banning anyone they don't like even if it is true or not.

Yea, like I said, these situations need to be handled by a fair, unbiased Judge.

In evovles situation I would drop the charges, because He hasn't done anything to graal or insinuated of doing so.
