Go download CS2, Crack it, and start fiddling around with color balance. Sorely dissapointed in your bad taste in graphical art programs >:|

You could make a black/blueish hair in CS2 and streak it with light/dark grey with minimal effort in CS2. :( Stop being lazy and download a complex program.

It's called Microsoft Picture Manager. Simple to recolour with it. Just tilt a few bars and you got yourself a new recolour!
