Regardless, the current gold-FHoM is really ugly and should be changed, I think. I also think that bjoern is thinking that you want to change the old FHoM graphic to this one, not the new gold one.

If you want to use the "new one" do it. Replace it with the current one on your hard disk and enable the write protection. But I'm not going to upload this one on the server. The current one is not multible used or stolen so there is no need to change it.

The current FHoM is a copy of the golden pawn helmet. Your argument that it's not mulitply used and such is flawd. And if you sya that it's cause the mask is different, you can say the same about the one I did.

And your's is only an edit of an existing one, too. I don't see a big difference :rolleyes:

Yes. Donald has made a ton of stuff that should be replacing the ugly graphics we currently have. The majority of players think the current GFX for most of the items on GK are very very ugly. The majority of people also think Donald's items are MUCH better and they are original works. It's not gonna kill you to change then Bjorn :-/

You can't use that as an excuse everytime, you just can't. Cause if the remaining 85%, or any of it, has such a big problem with the remake, i'm quite sure they would bring it up on the forum, even if they weren't usually using it. Wouldn't you?

Bjorn, please pay attention to the fact that the people who post on the forums are the people who actually know what they're talking about. People who post here may not be 'the majority,' but we are still the most prominent players around. We actually take time to post on the forums because we care a lot about what goes into the game. Don't just blatantly rule us out because we aren't 'everyone.'

If you're going to pretty much run the server and its workings as you have been for a while now, don't ignore the server's players, or I can guarantee you won't have many more to deal with in the future. (Especially because of 2k1 and Maloria, which are better servers run on the same principle as kingdoms, and usually get twice the users online daily.)

You can't tell me you wouldn't complain if like your favourite server was shut down. And what makes you think only 15% of Graal is on the forum? And the ones that are on the forum are the ones that care. If they do not complain, they do not care. Honestly, whats the problem?

Well, I notice we are going a bit out of topic. If I remember right, topic was some graphic and not people who post or don't post or who demonstrate or not demonstrate.

I gave my reasons why I don't upload it. If someone can show me some other item with the same graphic in order to get this one uploaded ok. If not the current one will stay.

But sacrifice looks for what? Where's all this 1337 looking gear without stats? The black mail? I'm gonna go shell out an RoW so that I can walk with 1.2 speed? Or I can shell out another RoW for the black helm as well? Because as of right now I can't think of many helmets or armours that arent just simple recolors of the basic mith, plate mail, and scale mail renditions. If everyone's so upset about recolors, why are we allowing every armour/helmet on the server to be a recolor? What is the problem with having some diversity in graphics? If you like the FHoM graphics so much, go get one of the 318 different recolors of it that are the other alchemy helmets. If you like the PMoP gfx so much, go and kill a few dievels and get yourself a silver or golden PM. There's no reason why we can't have some diversity of looks on kingdoms.

If you really support the looks vs stats thing, and you guys are really so against someone both looking good and having decent stats at the same time, up the new gfx to items with no stats. Make Donny's armour a scale mail like he suggested so it has a speed cap and no one will use it for stats. Etc.

FHoM with Str+1, Con+1, AC+1
FHoM with Str+1, Con+1, Dex+1, AC+1

I don't understand the concept of this. We can't go around changing every single item to have it's own GFX if it has some kind of different stat. It's called the Full Helmet of Might, not the Full Helmet of Might with Dexterity. It's fine to have the same GFX for them, just not that ugly gold POS.

He was attempting to support the argument by pointing out that there are two different items with different stats and the same gfx. The old gfx FHoM is also called the Full Helmet of Might, yet that has different gfx, should the dex fhom also not have different gfx?
