You closed the server because "you were the only one working on anything new on Doomsday" when everything was scripting and GFX, which you could do neither.

Now lets see. YOU CLOSED THE SERVER. Do you understand the demografic of Graal yet? YOU CLOSED DOWN THE ****ING SERVER. Know how old most of your players are? 15-18. GET A CLUE. YOU closed down THEIR SERVER. OUR SERVER.

Then you brought it back after people like myself asked Davio to ask you to bring it back. IT WASNT ALL DAVIO, HE HAD A GROUP OF PEOPLE BEHIND HIM. HE WAS JUST THE FACE. Then Davio left. when I asked him he simply said, "Can't do it. Specially with tifa." AND FOR THE DENSE AMONG US I MAY HAVE BEEN PARAFRASING. Then you let UP be "Manager" when he didn't actually work on Doomsday. He made a pretty decent game that I was giving him suggestions on. Then I asked, since he obviously didn't want to work on Doomsday but rather on his game if I could work on it. He said "I'll ask Tifa, the aanswer will probably be yes, but you know tifa.." YEAH I KNOW TIFA IS POWERHUNGRY AND PARANOID.

So then I actually did what you thought you were doing when you closed the server. 'Cept I actually made it work, until the levels went missing. I emailed you and asked you this, "Please sign on doomsday and re-upload all the levels because they have went missing. Remove all the RCs except you and me, and we should be ok. I suspect some people but I won't name anyone, and I can't check logs to make sure."

Now. did anything I ask say anything around the lines of, "REMOVE MY LEVEL RIGHTS TOO SO THAT I CANT SEE THAT ALL THE LEVELS ARE BACK AND THINK YOU DEICDED I DID IT SO YOUR GOING TO CLOSE THE SERVER AGAIN" What kind of message do you seriously thought that brought on? When I see things removed, do I think, "Of, that brilliant girl tifa is taking care of something! ^^" or do I think, "Great, now I can't work anymore because she went overboard on the checks." then knowing past experiences i think, "Great, now she thinsk I did it. Now she'll remove me and Doomsday will die again." So I make a post on the forums, which I admit was harsh because I THOUGHT YOU WERE CLOSING THE SERVER AGAIN. But, what you fail to notice is that I never once called you a ***** until you said, "Let Doomsday dies cause i know whats best and I wanna be the last one and it was good while it lasted[/bull****/paranoia/selfishness]."

And yes I IP banned you. I don't seriously ever want to talk to you again after this post. I'm sick of you. You act like a 14 year old when you manage Doomday, and I'm sick of it. Cid's sick of it. Jubei has long been sick of it. Ultima is obviously sick of it, as well as boston. And I'm glad you read my rant, but obviously you once again got the wrong idea since anything towards you that isnt a compliment is obviously an insult. so hopefully you'll get a clue from this post.

Lemme restate it onemore time for you: YOU CLOSED DOWN OUR SERVER. OUR DEMOGRAIC WAS 14-18 YEAR OLDS. THEN YOU BROUGHT IT BACK, AND NOW YOUR CLOSING IT AGAIN. You killed our home server. Brought it back after we asked you, let us hope it would work with all these managers and then me actually doing something, and then you closed it again because you THOUGHT someone was insulting you when they were vent anger at MY forums.

You really should just go away, as Cid said with such detail. Just leave. You said you wanted it to be dead, well you are part of the server, so go away. Never return to the Graal Community, and never try to lead a project ever again. Bye.

Now that I look back on the DD forums, Hiro NEVER said anything bad until you came out of the blue and said DD isn't coming up because reasons of people "insulting" you. The only person that said **** was Wyvern, and you accused me of it also, which is bs if you would talk to Glory.

We all understand that you didn't want DD up in the first place, but it was Davio's face that you saw that made it all right and dandy, but when Davio left and Hiro stepped up to plate as he ALWAYS have been trying to, you bull****ingly(yes a new word) led him on to nothing. Don't pass on the torch of Owner and let DD die if you wish, but don't let it die by trailing on by saying "Hiro pushed me to the edge" and giving the impression that his name is all over the reason of it going down, cause that's horse ****.

When i was made Owner of Doomsday i made it clear that i didn't know how to script and i was told i didn't need to know how to. I didn't make any GFX either, i said that i was helping put down WarLords GFX because there were no other staff to help him. I do hope you understand it this time.

Mhmm lets see, if i remember correctly when Doomsday was closed down there was a skeleton staff of about 5. The rest had gone off to other servers getting better rights or they were making their own servers, or in the case of Cid off getting a life in college or such. Sooooo none of the few left wanted DD soooooo i closed it down. Where were you again?

That's because Davio and I go back a long long way and we were very very close so before you assume anything, ask him otherwise you just come off looking an ass because I still talk to him so perhaps i can ask him for you. My mistake there was not closing it down when he met his g/f and quit Graal because i only brought it back for him.
I'm only paranoid where people like you and Wyvern are concerned, people that change their names to pretend their someone else to fool everyone into thinking their nice people when their not.

I never received any such email, first i knew was i heard DD was off hosted and levels were gone so i logged on and removed all level rights till i could read the logs, sort things out and re upload the levels. *Yawn* Sorry for repeating myself again. Hopefully you read it this time.
As Owner of the server it's my perogative to take whatever rights i see necessary to protect my server, and as i told you it was temporary till i had everything back up. If your going to jump to conclusions, that's your problem, not mine.
Your flame included Graal so why shouldn't it be here.
To conclude i would like to add that the DD forums that Hiro put up have been wiped out about 5 times now, and i only signed up on them in the first place to defend myself against people like Wyvern who were talking smack about me wishing i was dead.
Hiro also said on his forums that he wanted the levels for himself.

Sorry i'm getting lazy <3 ^-^ Nope Hiro never said anything bad until i took his level rights even after i explained why. Yup i only saw Davio's face because i brought it back for him <3. Considering Hiro already admitted that he wanted the levels for himself, and changed his name to get control of DD, i don't think there's anything else to add.

I think you can settle this alot easier by being nice.

Just one question from me to Tifa, why would you want to keep Doomsday closed and dead when a reasonably large development team want to work on it, Theres no harm in letting them try, and you still remain owner.

Sadly Tom there isn't a reasonably large development team and there never was. There were no scripters to be found. To work on the server you needed a better account than Classic one so that limited it. Sure there were people that wanted it back, but what chance did it have when nobody was working on it except Hiro. Now please note i say that broadly because i never once saw any improvements or anything the whole time though i'm not saying they weren't done. Hiro said he had 89% of it done offline so no idea. As stated before that was the plan, that i would be the silent owner who just kept watch etc.

When are you going to stop seeing this black and white line between "greatest friend of all time" and "Worst enemy". Because as of right now, the only way someone can be your friend, is if they NEVER disagree with you. Frankly Tif, I considered you one of the best friends I ever made on graal, but if you're going to disown me as a friend because I respectfully don't agree with a decision you made, then I'll make it easy and say I don't want to be your friend anyways. That's your excuse. There wasn't a reasonably large development team. What about Davio's team? He had himself, Azreil, and Hiro and more. Hiro's team had: himself, Wyvern, Kain, Cid, OmniElemental, and Ajira and more(who out of the blue quit Graal, but no one could have predicted that).

So you could respectfully say the numbers were even. Who was to say that when the server went up, we wouldn't recruit more members? There are hundreds of players online, and I'm sure a few of them would be delighted to be staff. And quit complaining about people constantly "insulting" you cause there was only one person who was: Wyvern. If you had such a problem, take it up with Hiro and tell him to ****ing fire him or something, your the ****ing Owner. You just simply wanted to sit back and watch without doing crap, which is fine. But if someone insults you and you get butt-hurt, then you should have thought twice about just "sitting back" and not doing anything about it cause the world is a bad place where at least one person likes to say ****.

And if you don't get this message, then too bad. Don't ever again say you gave Hiro a fair chance because when it comes down to it, you bailed out on him when the time really mattered and gave a cheeseball excuse, despite the past. **** the past, this is now, but it's over now. Bye Tifa.

I don't know Tifa and I don't really know the situation except from what I read but here's my thoughts...

Why not let someone else take it over? I know Tifa's outlook on Doomsday is bad at the moment but that doesn't change the fact that there were some very dedicated players on DD. I manage N-Pulse with Andy, if we decided to leave and not give the server to someone, completely shut it down, there would be some very unhappy people. We simply would NOT do that to the players, it's not right.

Another thing, SO many people have put work into N-Pulse, not just me, not just the past owners...so would we shut it down just because WE own it now? No.

Tifa, I don't know you, but you really should reconsider. Forget all the things people have said, forget the things that have happened. At the end of the day, you're punishing the Doomsday players from the past, and all the people who would learn to love Doomsday in the future if it were back up. People really seem passionate about this and I think it could work if you just let it go. You said yourself you have a new life now, just let it go, let someone else worry about it...but don't let it die. That accomplishes nothing.

Actually my friends/family disagree quite often then we make up and laugh, it's part of life. I don't think i hate anyone not even Wyvern who is probably one person i should hate but it's not in my nature to. I adore you Cid we were always close friends but you see friends, true friends that is critisize in a way that doesn't hurt. It's like the kid that has bad breath you don't walk up and say OMG UR BREATH STINKS DUDE you say here, have a mintie. ^-^

Why do you care?

I'm guessing your around 20 yrs of age now or older, you say you have a fiance, but your still holding Doomsday. There are people who love Doomsday, myself included. They would like to see it back up. But.. no. Denied. Ok maybe two questions here. Why can't you just move on and let there be a new owner. This is a game, does it really have that big of a meaning to you, cause if so, well.. I'm sorry.

If I remember right, it was the insulting of Wyvern that caused that 8 page thread. And it wasn't full of ****ing insults, it was full of people who were defending the server of going up. You blew up after the couple insults and it led to the same discussion that we're dealing with now. Just because people don't agree with you doesn't mean they're insulting you. And if so, **** THEIR INSULTS.

And what makes you goddess of knowing everything? You didn't give Hiro the chance to manage, so whether you like him or not, you don't know if he'll do a good job. Just cause DD doesn't have a full-blown staff roster doesn't mean it won't pass through, and it certainly doesn't mean we won't recruit others. It's all about the letting go process. Hell, when Davio was Manager, his team was no better than the current one. He had ONE scripter which was Ajira, but Ajira still would have left; he hates Graal despite what server he's staffing.

Listen to Jadynx and Blitz, your through with Graal. Don't take DD with you just cause you worry about it's future. Every Manager has to let go, and I know it's USUALLY let go from someone they trust, but like I said, who is to say he won't do a good job? From the things that were being accomplished, he's more than eligible. And who is to know that he won't let it go to someone else eligible when his time comes?

You can't ****ing predict that, and I don't think every server has the past owner hovering over their actions...I think it's very intimidating for someone who was past owner to be looking at what you do in case you slip up.

"All 5 of them?" You don't know half of it...your not the one advertising DD all over Graal and getting responses for wanting it back up; you don't even play Graal anymore.

If it was possible to locate a competent (not Hiro) manager, I would support the continuation of the Doomsday project. Doomsday was a great server that had a lot of potential. Doomsday was the first server I played in 2002, and it was what motivated me to initially upgrade my account.

If I didn't have a mac and I had the time, I'd do it myself. I also am an incompetent scripter, but let it be known, if the project goes ahead I will definately be more involved with development, gfx here at school, levels at home where I have a PC (where I can also have RC). So there you go, one more staff member to make sure its not a "skeleton staff".

I agree as well. Granted, I've always been strictly N-Pulse, I used to visit Doomsday quite often. It reminded me a lot of N-Pulse because of the community and all.

Given the similarities I saw, I know there are still people who care about Doomsday, regardless if they're vocal about it or not. Many may not even have known a revival was being worked on.

The point is, there IS no point. No point in keeping your claws in something that could turn into something really awesome. No, I'm not saying make Hiro manager. I worked with him once so it's not an accurate measure of what he's like. Find someone else who would be able to make Doomsday amazing, I'm sure there are tons competent and able to head it up. Like has been said before, it's almost done.

When Doomsday came back up as a private server I couldn't work on it cause my account wasn't upgraded. Anyway I don't really understand why everyone is insulting tifa at the moment, the server shouldn't have died but it did, I don't know if we'd be able to revive it. Who would be willing to work on it? You guys say you want it back but try to organize it better please. Who would do what position? If a manager was appointed i'd work on scripts, what would you guys do to help out? I haven't been around a lot of you in so long but there are a lot of memories here :)

btw Tifa have you changed msn or have you just blocked me for no reason or something cause I haven't seen you on in months. I was worried about it to begin with so I asked Wendy and she said you were around so can you PM me with your new msn? (or unblock me?) please. Your a good friend :)

Alright let me try to explain this once again...No One Is Trying To Insult Tifa. I think for so long Tifa has been convinced that if you don't agree with her, then you hate her that shes got others starting to believe her as well. If Tifa allows it and we find a manager, apparently besides Hiro, even though he was doing a stellar job in my opinion, then I'm sure your scripting would be greatly valued Agret.

Not much up, I got a few scripting jobs on graal after someone bought me some goldtime but no GS2 servers :( Graal aint the same without DD, DD had so much stuff and these servers have so little. I'm sure there will be another DD. Hell we should make our own server instead of trying to bring back Doomsday. Guys just let it go, as long as we're all together on it we can make it our own. Doomsday was an awesome place but with dedication towards a server we can make another as great. ^^

If the Doomsday guys got together and decided to make a server from scratch, which I bet could be done pretty successfully, I would definately be involved. Hiro could help, and it wouldn't necessarily have to have anything to do with Doomsday. I dunno, just saying.

I don't think starting an entire new project would be the answer.

Well, we sort of have our hands tied here...We were all having a good time with alot of good ideas and alot of good work getting done and now we're just supposed to all go home and pretend it never happened because Tifa decided thats what she wanted?
