Okay. Time to post and break the debates over who can come to the meeting. This is basically the Big 5, however, the five nations may also bring another group with them, as long as this group is to be discussed (No guilds like {WEPWNYEWPLX} and crap like that).

Samurai or one of the other nations shall nominate the Zormite Empire to be at the meeting. And if Bel'la would like to nominate these Drow from the forests to come to the meeting, so be it. This is the debate to end all debates. All people may attend, I have ordered the structure to be capable of seating about 100 people.(we had to fit it into a gmap it is so huge)

I also extend an invitation to all administration of graal kingdoms and all global administration that have intrest in the situations growing in the world of Graal Kingdoms. Please, sit and watch. I also invite the RP Team to record and decide on our meeting, to see what is acceptable and what is not when we are debating. All are welcome to this meeting, as I have stated before.

I shall be posting rules to the summit soon. Please read over it all, understand the rules, and (to all who are participating in the debates and such) be prepared for some tough debates. We are leaders, we need real politics, let it be born!

There is no communication from the Drow state... The castle is surrounded and the armies are liberating every inch of Zormite soil as the days pass. If a Drow is present then it's some random one you picked up off the streets who doesn't know what the hell is going on, or it's the Roi of Forest. Other then that it's metagaming (the Samurai will send an envoy to the CASTLE. They're not going to be like 'OWOW, DROW KING D00D UR HERE!').

As for Zormite Empire being known and not your 'Dark Forest'. Two reasons why this is so
1) We went through the RP Team to get everything approved, you just went and ignored everything the RP Team said (just like Kefkin)
2) The respected leaders there of the Zormite Empire are not tards

I re-read over Bosh's post about who may officially attend, and it seems that Deb will fit that category, so long as Bel'la elects him to go. But regardless, Deb, if you stir up trouble there, I will make sure it is stifled. If things get chaotic, and you are the instigator, then things may go awry for you until the forum is concluded.

Samurai gives invitation to Zormites
Samurai wishes to give invitation to Drows, but Zormites wont let them in the
castle
Samurai ambassador frowns and walks off.

No communication enters the castle, no communication leaves the castle. Even if Kefkin is not in the castle, the Samurai would send the envoy there and it would be intercepted =x.

I do have spies in every corner of the world, you know? I can get information to and from through hostile territory if needed. I will, of course, go for the direct friendly approach. If my ambassidor is turned away, I might decide to arrive personally, to see what the problem is.

!!Update

The embassy is still under work. It is about 30% done id say. If need be the summit can be extended to the next week for development reasons. (I do not know how long it could take to upload the files to 2k2 from debug) But I do plan on posting all of the rules and such probably on Saturday, so every nation can prepare their important issue to be debated on. (we will do 1 issue per nation, perhaps more, depending on if leaders can stay long enough)

I still say the court should be used, and the embassy should just be updated anyway to be more useful.

Court = waaaay to small to hold the amount of people that will possibly attend. We would be packed out the door. The building being designed specifically to serve its intended origional purpose will be the way im going.
