But seriously, if you do something constantly with the sole intent of irritating people, and then continue to do it even after being asked to stop by players and administration alike, don't be surprised when suddenly you're faced with consequences.

Also, if someone is singing you can "mute" them individually, but if someone is playing a horn you have to turn the channel off all together, and there are many other sounds played on the same channel...

Awhile ago people like me used to do "JukeBox" type things with Microphones - so yeah, quite afew do.
