I pronounce it grr-ale because its just easier to say. Grawl sounds stupid x_x;
|
grah al
i know its wrong but i dont care |
I pronounce it correctly.
|
I occasionaly speak to players and staff on the phone, and I have always said "Grail" such as Gray-l I suppose? Such as the "Holy Grail" I guess it would be. I have heard some say "Grawl" and it just sounds stupid and annoying. Perhaps I will remember to ask Stefan what it should be ;)

When I first started playing, I pronounced it "Groll". Now its more like "Grawl".

And Grahl <3 |
I say Grail. It makes more sense than "grahl" or whatever it is because of the grail quest on the classic server (dono if they still have those on there...) but "grahl" might be a german/french variation of it

Yes, Graal is German for Grail. It's pronounced "Grawl". Stefan said you can pronounce it either way, it doesn't matter. It still means Grail. I pronounce it Grail, just because I'm used to that word. I also pronounce Stefan as Steven, instead of "Steph-en"

I called Birdbird once, and he corrected me when I said Steph-en. He said his name was pronounced "Ste-fahn." Now I'm confused. |

I'm too lazy to read the four pages between, so I'll just give my two cents.
I used to pronounce it "Grayl", but then a freind of mine corrected me, so now I say "Grahwl". Yay! |
