I'll admit it, Graal would be different without you. However, even though people will miss you somewhat, it's not like they will change their habits or anything because of it. You leaving would not have as great an impact on Graal as you think it would. 2k1 would probably go "down", but it's not like it's "up" anyway. People would not cry all day over you not being here anymore (well, maybe you're best friends would or something). You'll be missed for a couple days, and then basically forgotten, save afew mentionings of your name and people's sigs on the forums that say stuff about you. Don't take this the wrong way, but you are the one who needs to decide whether or not you should stay, not the people of the forums.

Graal Kingdoms would definately change for me...

As a player of kingdoms, I have often clung to a very thin thread of hope ---dragging me along at a furious pace--- in situations where many things just end up totally out of control.

Lance leaving us would feel like having that last tangible thread finally slipping out of our reach. Not to imply other admins don't care... but it has most often been Lance who has 'saved the day', made things right, or brought a bit of justice to the game.

Honestly, somewhat.
I mean, yes I would miss you for maybe a day or two or three or maybe even a week because you have helped me before but then after, I wouldn't really care much. I mean, nobody even cares that I'm not staff on GK anymore (even though people tell me "Oh you were the best staff" blah blah blah) or anything. Once you are gone, you are gone, you are forgotten and never talked about or anything. That's the way Graal pretty much is. Not many people even know who Alkaren Hyralt is or anything and he was Assistant GM (Global) and Police Chief on 2k1. People probably forgot about Pir and Er1c and Garel, etc etc. Oh well.

Lance = 20% of the forums intelligence.

Lance, you're my buddy man, even if we don't get to talk all that often. We started off on the wrong foot, but we settled our differences and spend a lot of our time here. This forum would not be the same without you. It's already bad enough that Kaimetsu is gone. :(

Anyways there would be more good staff on GK, stefan just cannot find them i think, what with the problem some unnamed globals have caused in the past, its probably making his ground a bit shaky to walk on to find new people.

None of us are irreplaceable and it is when we think so, that the rug is pulled out from under us and we are brought to know the reasons why. I have noted in life that nothing is fair, but that we can survive if we learn the game and play accordingly. It is a chess game - it is a test, but there are never total winners, for even the tallest can become the shortest in a moment of time.

I say that not as an insult, but as something I have learned. My personal feelings toward you are of friendship and yes, you will be greatly missed... I sincerely hope you might stay with us and remain our Sir Lancelot.
