Correction, Padren and Zoe are right.

I am trying to be civil Gryf, I have to point out what is foul when he makes lies to the contrary for his gain.

I was also planning an interesting Adventure, whereby Dustari could explore a faraway land, a dungeon, and possibly even find some treasure (I was still debating that last one). Of course, that's all irrelevant now. I will note that I registered that plan with Padren, so if he feels like being honest for a chance, he will grant that he knew of it.

I recall that, as I recall countless of your ideas that you mention, but refuse to discuss in any detail, as they invariably do not manifest.

As I said that night, I would abide by the will of Dustari on what was to be done about your rule, and, by morning, dustari was very frank and clear with me. Everyone, wanted you to leave.

Tseng, tell everyone about your other plan, the one to resign, as you oathed, if you ever become so inactive again as before the first time, when we left to go to Zormite after you slandered dustari in masses.

You swore to that, and it was a condition for our return, the 90% of dustarians who gave you a last chance that day.

That is a long time ago.

Desperate times call for desperate measures.

From the outside looking in, Padren and Zoe seem to have carried out the will of their people as royals who have 'maintained' in the kings deliberate absence for a long and miserable run. Not only once, but history proves, twice Dustari endured a long stretch, starving without the attention of their king until finally drastic measures seem to be the only choices left to effect the necessary change.

Some would view Padren and Zoe as saviors.

From a personal -OOC- view, I hate to see any one of these three people hurt. Each has 'saved' my game in many ways, but...

Bottom line: No kingdom should be left to decline from neglect of its leader. Padren and Zoe kept this from happening to Dustari.

There are a million other ways GK needs Tseng. Let the will of the Dustari people have it's new era now. The leadership of Dustari has wholly been carried by Padren and Zoe since at least last spring. Without them, Dustari could never have continued to live and breathe.

I still don't fully grasp what has happened, how it was done and I certainly don't know everything that happens behind the scenes. What I know is that I don't like what's going on here.
What I can say is this:
- I can't disaprove if it was a bug being abused.
- I don't see Tseng as the nemesis of Dustari, as some appear to do.
- Tseng has been rare, I'll agree to that, but I doubt it was due to overall inactivity.
- I believe that Padren and Zoe can become good rulers in time (no offense, just the fact that everyone needs a little time to find their way into a new office).
- Further, I believe that Tseng, Padren and Zoe can only lose if this goes on the way it did. Handle it in private or in public, but speak your minds, sort the facts, count to 10 and reach an agreement which serves not only you, but Dustari as a whole.
Tseng, you could hand the crown to Padren and become sme kind of gray figure in the back, still a Dustarian, still royal, maybe like an archduke in rank.
Padren and Zoe, you would be ruling, but grant Tseng the position equal to an archduke, allow him to contribute as any other member can do, and trust him not to ursurp you. The most important point would be to talk about whatever happens, and explain. It's not that hard to do, and can save a lot of trouble.

you quit king?
This is not the first who has indicated such to me.

I ask again, Padren, cease lying.

I will respond to one of your points from your post:

You claim to speak for the will of Dustari, yet you were the one stirring up the trouble. Stop being hypocritical.

I met your allegation of being inactive by staying online more, and you respect that by insulting me, demanding I resign, and then abusing a bug to remove me. Even then, with your insulting and such, I stayed online, stayed calm, and discussed things with you guys. I could have removed you - but that would have been the wrong thing to do. I find it wholly hypocritical and rather insulting as well that you accuse me of 'abusing ingame mechanics' to hold onto power, while I have had every opportunity to actually do so, but have not as I am above doing that. Then, you abuse it to remove me. Even if I had somehow 'abused ingame mechanics' (which I did not), two wrongs don't make a right, and if you are trying to justify your actions in such a manner, well...what can I say? I'm disappointed in you.

Padren, you have lost all honor, all the good qualities that I once saw in you when I promoted you to Cavalier. You have been corrupted and blinded by power hunger and greed. You now speak only to further and secure power for yourself. I can't say that I'm not disappointed in you. For shame.

It appears you stretch to both sides now

Unfortunately, gossip travels Graal. Stories get twisted and remarks are made. The angouleme's were out of Dustari and in CP when everything occured.

Due to stretched stories etc., I close this thread and resolve that Padren Talisan is King of Dustari by the wishes of his people now in Dustari.

Thank You.....this thread is now closed.

You do not get to close a debate just because you lose. Please read the rules. That is poor moderation. I'll leave it at that, though. :)

No Loss

Excuse me but this thread is closed and there have been no losses. (Using staff privilege is also poor in this case) It has been taken on a more personal level at the request of all since nothing constructive can be reached.
