You might not even be banned. Someone in your area with the same first set of IP address may be IP banned, it has happened to many people before. Myself also. I had the prefix 65.24, and so did another hacker person.

Ugh... those are forum rules. Besides, he never said that he was banned on the forums previously. *shrug* Also if banned the IP address from client, wouldn't they ban the IP or those accounts from the forums also?

I have banned this IP because it is the IP used to create a account upgraded with Credit Card Fraud, this was a very big fraud (Close to 20 accounts) and this account was the first upgraded !

I will not give any details because Police have been contacted ...
So this IP will not be unbanned until we known who have made this Fraud.

I you didn't add enough reason to not let someone else upgrade your account, you will have another one ! Ip Ban !
