i know graal wouldn't want to pay

but if he can make a forum like this better in less then a week, then im sure he can do SQL in a second.

And why would you need knowledge of complicated languages like SQL and PHP to design the main site? It shouldn't have to be that complicated. All the main page needs is a script for news posting. All the other stuff just requires HTML and Javascript.
