but when you apply for a subscription, then cancel it, then the error you get is "Credit Card Fraud"

The point i attempted to make is that when a subscruption is canceled the error is "Credit Card Fraud" although the Card could be legit, and be sitting in your wallet as you know

Yeah, really. Come on, paypal is secure as hell as is graal. Ghost Pirate was a good friend and I offered to upgrade him, and I did. Paypal had complications and they carried over to my account and poof. The bill for the credit card was paid off and I am hoping that the money will be reimbersed via paypal (bryan holmes), but I am not sure whether or not it will because paypal has reimbersment policies and they don't HAVE to reimberse.

Really? His story has changed no less than twice.

First it was a stolen credit card, and the real owner had cancelled the purchases.

Then it was his dad's credit card, and he (Toran) cancelled the purchases.

Now it's some kind of paypal mix-up? Get your story straight, Torankusu! You're lying in at least two of these three situations!

Dunno, go figure with CCF being a Federal Offence, that someone would want to leave a trail of themselves (in this case Logged IPs) it might not exactily scream "HEY HERE I AM" since some IPs change. Again here I dont think you picked up on what i was implying.

This would seem the most likely to me, however secure something claims to be, it is mechanical and man-made and therefore is not 100% perfect.

I would of upgraded GP's acct to gold / vip for no reason, had I throughly read this thread, however, I did not...

Explaination of Credit Cards and optionalbility to pay / not pay...

Payment statement appears on credit card, either it fraudulent (somebody else using your cc code/number) or it be a mistake, your bank has the ability to simply, NOT pay...


Of course the simply application of the brain cells would point out that, Toran either did not have permission to do this, or did not want to do this...

Simply put, there is no proof of CC fraud, so until proven guilty, Innocent by all charges...

He reserved the charges on his own account, When he upgraded Ghost Pirate and when buying stuff from Koni. What confuses me is where is he getting this credit card to reverse the charges on over and over when he is only 16 or so?
