There was no bug, you did not have to do anything different to do it, just party up with a level 1 and there it is. Find me a place somewhere in some un-existing ruleset for kingdoms that says you can not party with level 1s and let them kill things. Then I will believe you.

It was clearly an oversight; players were not meant to level up in that way. Anybody with even an iota of intelligence can see this. If you use an unintended method to level up more quickly then you are breaking the code of conduct and deserve to be punished. The same policy is enforced on all MMORPGs.

Of course they were not meant to level up that way, and it is not their fault that the their method was overlooked.

But it is their fault that they used the method despite it clearly being against the code of conduct.

Maybe they don't bother to read through every last bit of the legal instructions. Even then, I do not believe that they would understand that what they did was agains the rules.

The code of conduct not difficult to understand, and it is easily accessible to all. Everybody is expected to read it before playing. If they do not then that is their problem; ignorance of the rules is not justification for breaking them.

Well, perhaps they felt the way I did about the rules, and that they were abusing nothing by gaining levels that way. If an idiot like me can think of that, then i'm sure anyone else could.

Unfortunately, stupidity is not justification for rulebreaking either. If you are not sufficiently intelligent to understand the code of conduct then you can always ask somebody for help with it.

Y'know, I can see now how you might fail to understand the code of conduct.

1)Kingdoms should be reset, 75% of everything on it was not earned but glitched. It's wide spread usage, not just a few people abusing a bug. Punishing one person for a bug does not change the fact that most of the other players have abused at least one bug at some point.
2)Torankusu should be warned about his behavior and punished severely if it happens again. If he is staff he should be punished immediately. That much is obvious.

wow i turned my back for 20 mintues and there is a novel here :) anyhow i agree with kai, though in the end i truly dont care if huang is reset, it wont devastate my life, i just dont think it wouldn't be right becuase hes my friend and that is natural to do, to protect your friends, that is in any case your real friends, but i think the xp loss is suffice, whether or no the logs can provide the proof of those who did use it, im un-sure But here is just a list of people who either admitted to doing it or i saw them do it myself:

..... those are just the ones i am aware of myself so don't flame me thinking this is just a discriminational hatred list, but i know for a fact if you check the logs, whether big or large abuse, each one of those i listed has used it, I would prefer a 150% xp loss than an account whipe, suffice to say though, what we began, as the arguement and witch hunt, we must finish, seems alot of work is going to needed to be put into this, and i believe just out've the kindness of my heart because i'm human, at least i think i am, that those who come forth and admit to doing it instead of making staff have to use countless hours of effort to prove it enough to penalize them, should probably just be penalized i suppose 100% xp gain, just put them back where they were, mabye its a good idea mabye its a bad one, but defintly, everyone that did it, even huang who is my friend, i feel that by going by the rules, they SHOULD be punished, cruel and harsh i know, but its how life goes, and lifes a *****. In my opinion probably just because of the fact you planned to do it, but were impaired. So you just got some newbie to do it, but still used your 2nd account to lvl others with the bug. like wren. Then again it isn't up to me, your question is somewhat relateful for the question; 'why do we have to die', we just do. You just have to be reset, as the others. ( in my opinion. )

I wasn't going to level myself up. I tried it, and it didn't work, and I was satisfied, I didn't care either way. I have fun killing lords and mapping with my hammer as it takes care of things rather quickly.

Seems this thread never ends. Suffice to say you have just contradicted yourself my good man. I believe you said you used your 2nd account as storage, correct? And I have seen and witnessed more then one occasions where you logged on both accounts and transferred items by safe trade to yourself, correct? Well, tell me this, if you would be horribly laggy, and couldn't see yourself move....How on earth did you manage to uhm, do that? Nothing more is to be said, you have proven your fibs yourself to be fake, and that you can abuse it. I didn't even have to prove it either, you did it yourself. Of course this could lead to more accusations, but I believe just the mere fact that you lied on that part leaves a door open to thought.
