That is truly like a male zorbi thing I think, although the head still looks a tad too human... Although that's just my opinoin of course.

Zorbi and Zorda are not affiliated with any copyrighted things I think...

In the Zelda games they originally were Zoraas and then Zoras but that isn't Zorbis are Zordas so I think Tyhm can safely use them without getting sueed.

Zorbi is 100% original, to my knowledge, and my contribution to Graal.
Zorda and Zorba were actually my failed attempts to recall the name of the Zoraas, but they probably need a better name anyway. Not make it TOO obvious where they come from.

How about just calling them "Fish" since everyone seems to like fish so much anyway?

Man, think about it, if you had a choice when you started of These three:

"Human
Bomy
Water Super People"

Which one would seem most appealing? Need a more humble name for them. ;)

Well I like it better if they have some kind of special name other then "fish" myself... Zorbi sounds quite nice actually.
