I'm sure Lyndzey appreciates all the support here but when is the last time a GM was appointed by popular vote? They have to be under contract to Graal which means they have to be at least the age to enter into a legal contract. In order for Graal to protect its product people who work in high postions need to sign a disclosure and trade agreement. Basicly all this amounts to is you will not disclose any trade secrets of Graal for if you do you will face a lawsuit for breach of contract. Lyndzey is a good person and to the best of my knowedge has always worked to better Graal and has never done anything to harm the game.

100%, I am going with Lyndzey, she is one of the nicest people on Graal and one of the first few people to introduce me around Graal Kingdoms. She's great help, online alot, trustworthy, and a great person. :)

Ok I get the age thing, but isn't she like 20? Last time I saw her profile it said that soo uhh.. She is good if you ask me. I've e-mailed her a few times with account problems and having e-mails changed and whatnot and the most I've waited was like 2 days. Thats not that long, she does her job great.

I'm not saying she can't or doesn't deserve a chance at it , nor am I saying she is not old enough to enter in a contract with Graal , all I am saying is the players have nothing to do with the process of appointing a GM for Graal. This is strictly a business move for the best for the Game, players vote on emotions on how they feel about that person. Graal on the otherhand has to rely on job performance and word of mouth of high Staff. Much damage can be done by a person in a postion as that so they have to protect Graal the best they can.

Too many times already in the past high Admins with power have abused it when leaving as Nem did , so now they have to look at hiring someone in a different way since the ways of the past don't seem to be working and repeats of abuse keep happening. How this will be done I'm sure we will not be told because it has nothing to do with us on this end other than we all hope the next one will be more reliable than others of the past.
Just because someone is a good scripter doesn't mean they would be a good Admin by any long shot. You also need to be an Accounts Manager before going to an GM , too many things he doesn't know about that end. A GM needs to be able to get along with people without being negative or sarcastic , all that will do is tarnish Graal and make Graal look bad. One day Kai may be up for it but in my opinion that day is not now.

Why would Lyndzey replace him? No offense to her or anything, but she was pretty much an equivalent to Nemesis, except Nemesis led PWA.

Says who? I don't think Konidias was, and I'm sure I could think of more examples if necessary. It's not as if the particulars of account administration are hugely relevant to GM, and they'd hardly take long to learn.

Well if it has to be from the PWA it should be Angel if anyone. Angel is lowly and trust wrothy, and if you played Era you would know she isnt corrupted ether lol. She was the best NPC Admin on Andor and the best manager on Era. I also think she is a really good teacher and a really good PWA in that matter. She is nice to everyone I see and she gets along with the people she doesnt like. Seh reminds me of Lyndzey for some reason. If its out of the PWA I stroungly think it should be Angel, she isnt a kind of person who fools around and she works hard.

But if it doesnt have to be in the PWA defently Lyndzey by far.

Actually one of the reasons I was thinking you would be good for the job is because of how logically you think. Logic would play an important role in being the top pwa guy. Also Kaimetsu has lots of experience with players and people.

Yes I totally agree that you are less likely to go off the deep end like aftershock and nemesis did. That doesnt mean aftershock is a bad person he just got a tad mad.

Like I said if were talking about PWA Angel would be perfect for the job, if were talking about the scripting team it would be Kaimetsu but all and all Lyndzey should get it. In second I stroungly think Angel, if Aftershockgets Nem's old job I think Angel should be Accounts Admin. Most of you dont even know her as long as I did, she is a vary hard worker. Does this mean she'd have to quit Era? No, she is PWA now and she still had time to work on Era and she does a well job of it. I myself think scripting teams should stay were they are to help Stefan and unixmad with scripts, and knowing Kaimetsu being one of the best scripters on Graal he should stay and help the team out. As for Aftershock, I never meet him im sorry if your a great staff and all but I just never meet you nor seen you post on the forums. Then for the one missing PWA I think it should be Dragon X, from his past time exprinace on Graal 2002/Kingdoms I think he'd be good for the job.
So basically I think the following:

Lyndzey- Game Manager (I think its called them am I wroung? Dont mock me on this please)
Angel- Accounts Manager
New PWA- Dragon X

Biggest kiss up to unix? Hello, were you not around when Unixmad globally banned me from Graal? I don't think pissing off both Unixmad and Stefan is the equivalent of me kissing up to them. I didn't even say I was going to try to get this job at all. You're either seriously misinformed, or seriously brain damaged.

anU I got a great tip for you my friend, look before you post. Well anyways, I hope people agree with me with that post, like I said before I stroungly agree apon it, being staff for about 2 years on random servers helped me see who is really a good staff member or not. I've worked with Angel on 2 server so far and she is really good, and when I played Graal 2002 when it began Dragon X was a great helper to many.

Understandable. I'm just wondering why he thinks I'm a kiss up. A little explanation from him would do just fine. Otherwise it's more of a direct attack on my person, without any sort of backing whatsoever. I probably shouldn't care... I don't even know this guy, so his personal experience with me is shortlived.

I just feel I need to defend myself when people apparently base their knowledge of me from the information they have picked up from other people, that also know nothing about me. It's like "well konidias is a kiss up because that's what my friends tell me". It's not like he heard this from Unixmad, or me. So in reality, it's factual information that I don't "kiss up". The only person that can truely label me a kiss up is Unixmad, and I don't think that's going to happen. Everyone else is just making assumptions.

Anyway. My thoughts on those suggested thus far:

Angel: Very professional and enthusiastic about helping Graal, but
sometimes switches between jobs too often.
Konidias: Usually exhibits good judgement and is unlikely to ever do a Nemesis, but seems a little lazy. Might neglect his duties.
Lyndzey: Fair, reliable and experienced. Almost certainly the best choice.
Aftershock: Hahaha!
Tyhm: Very competent and reliable and such, but I'll wager he's too busy already.

No offence Kaimetsu as you already know how I feel about you having the job but Aftershock said the same thing about you XD.
