Rape is constitued as ANY and ALL unwanted sexual touching. when a player is using lewd actions such as groping, fondling , and making refernces to intercourse, while the other party is Yelling " Stop." "Leave me alone"...............
And he worste part about it was this person was using his position in Samurai as an excuse. it is a gross mis-use of power when a leader says, " You can't stop me , I'm the ______ Of Samurai. it's your duty to do this because I am royalty, and can have anything I want".........

I know Rahz pretty well. He can be damn funny when he wants to. I like him as a person but maybe he should think about letting go of the rank of king, and the title of "Corrupt Shogun" lol..that has been the title for the king of that kingdom for some time.

When Zormite absorbed Samurai for a while, it was mainly because Rahz was fed up with dealing with all of the little issues a king has to deal with, he only enjoyed dealing with war and the military...and so he offered to make Samurai Zormite's military branch, which solved his problem (basically letting me deal with the stuff he didnt want to lol). It was best because, well, if he quit Samurai then it would start to fall apart again for lack of a familiar leadership, and if he continued ruling it..well..look what happened.

But no, being inactive for so long with little or no reason, isnt productive. I hope something is done about this soon, because I would much rather that all the kingdoms are active and contributing to the g2k2 enviornment. I'm also very pleased that Cresent Pirates are picking back up once again. :)

the point is that even if your not physically raping a person, saying you will can upset a person.

say for example, a graal character came along and said he/she was going to rape your character, now in real life you had been raped! this could upset you very much as it would remind you of what happened, you wouldn't like it, remeber that.

Another point is would you go round in real life and tell a person you would rape them? and i bet you'd be pretty angry if somebody said it to a friend/family member/loved one, fair enough this is a game, but the people playing are real, with real thoughts and real emotions....people should be treated on this game they way you would treat them in life(obv pk is not counted in this)

Secondly you can not "rape" a character on Graal. I'm sorry but it's not possible.

Rape: The crime of forcing another person to submit to sex acts, especially sexual intercourse.

For one thing you are not holding them back from simply leaving the room. For another you are not involved in sex acts, you are using a gani next to a person. As tasteless as this can be made, it is foolish to call it rape in any form.

Samurai is not much better, not giving promotion to people who have been in the kingdom for a while and done alot for it...but giving promotion to your friends.....samurai is still corrupt, nothings changed
