Well, knowing how much of a tight grip Unix and Stefan have on advertising around here (NO MMORPGS NO ANYTHING,) they had to have SOME insentive for this PW to go up. And I haven't heard anything on it either.

uh, no...you were advertising your toys when you first started playing, then when you couldnt get by with that, you tried to make a guild all about your toys, you know that you making a server on graal is only so you can promote your business in any way you can. I have had alot of dealings with you, and I know how you work...Graal is a game directed at kids, what better place to promote your business?
Npulse is not the only server that has said these things about you, I have been told that your so called guild was thrown off more than 1, or not even allowed, and I was also told that you got in trouble more than once for promoting your business.
Are you going to say that this PW you are making has nothing to do with your toys?
I am sure that I can go back and look at history which I save, and find exactly what you were doing and saying while you were on npulse, so dont call me a liar

As much as I hate him advertising, I really don't think it will matter honestly. The toys are absolutely terrible (paintjob, concept, etc.)

You're a loon. I would say something like "Go do us all a favor and bob for apples in a vat of acid!" but I won't go that far. But with that aside, I really begin to question the quality, as well as the longevity of your server with the attitude and lack of seriousness that you seem to promote.

All lies. You were advertising your website and pming people one by one to go there and join your guild. Eventually people got mad and started arguing with you in mass messages. It kept going until Moonie had to find out what was going on. From that point on i don't know what happened, but I do remember you dissapearing and Moonie saying you won't ever be back.

It's true his server dosen't stand a chance with the cards he's dealt onto the table, but I think it will be fun to watch him fail so that he can be humbled in the process.

We all have seen it before people boasting they will take over all Graal with their new PW.:rolleyes: And we have also seen what happens when they do go up.:p Seems to me the ones that have the most impact are the "silent ones" who don't boast and are very conservative of what they post on the Forums about their PW, they are the ones who get up and kick butt. Maybe because their Staff are more mature and level headed? :megaeek:

What I dont get is how you can ban some one for a rule that isnt posted any where. Yes common sense might advise against it but not every one has common sense. It would be nice if it was added to the rule list to specifically say that.

The rules perhaps need to be modified to make it more clear that advertising of products or services is not allowed but the actual rules of Conducts say:

"Discussion through onscreen chat, GraalOnline chat, and discussion forums is a part of the game. GraalOnline must not be used, however, to promote competing products or services. Individuals who actively promote other competing products or services within GraalOnline, may be locked out. "

In the case of Shocker Toys it is direct competitor since Graalonline already sell Branded Products including toys on the shop, so we are in our full right to ban this guy.

Spark, it's all open to interpretation man. Like I said, I don't think many people were aware of Graalonline selling toys. Draygin was perfectly within his right because this knowledge was not known to him Before Unix said anything. So basically, if Graal didn't sell toys, then the rule would not apply because Fraggo Online would not be a competitor. Why anyone would buy a "shoulder action figure" is beyond me anyway. lol...The whole concept is just idiotic.
