But yes Ear is right diplomatic skills are much much more important than a high level! You could have some lvl 100 guy as govenor but is an iliterate(sp?) *****. It's like the govenor of any state but elts use the President of the United States for example. Does he get a gun and go kill the iraqi bastards?
