Okay, you can just stop being a jerk.

I wish I could, but every time I sit back and relax, somebody does something extremely stupid.

As a matter of fact, I did. I did ask her to set the IP range, but she had said no.

See the word 'insisted'. It's your responsibility to see that the range is set and if it remains unset then you are the one at fault. That's what managers do.

Yes, I understand that. I already said that it was my fault for not being persistent about it. But thank you anyway :)

Note:
Nearly all dialup services buy a single range, ie aaa.bbb.ccc.* - 256 IPs - on each server. Sometimes they will have more than one server, so that in addition to aaa.bbb.ccc.*, you might have ddd.eee.fff.*. Often these two are closely linked, as an ISP will buy their IPs from the same upstream service, so you're likely to have aaa.bbb.ccc.* and aaa.bbb.fff.*.
However, an IP History Box or tool would be handy. Probably a tool. If it gets desperate I'll make a java app that reads your IP, consults the file, and either adds it as a range or a static so that after a week of using it you have your IP range as tight as possible.

That sounds like a good idea :) I've been wanting to set an IP range, but everytime I do, I can't get on. Even if I include wildcards it sometimes won't let me get on.

I'll delete it when I log on tomorrow. Just in case you guys are wondering why your post counts will drop.
