Alex, you've told me yourself that you can idle but it can't be for more than an hour. Or at least when i worked for babylon oh 2 or 3 weeks ago. And the reason iw as fired? I quoted "fired" because it was sarcasm. I quit because of a couple of corrupt people, who i like to call the "3 big ******s", and here they are:

Kisharha for obvious reasons; she does absolutely NOTHING! She is on for 5-6 hours whenever she is on RC. What is she doing on RC for that entire time? Fixing links? My ass she is. Most likely talking about her dull worthless life "oh my kidney hurts" like that one night she went babbling on, then you held a friggin vote to fire me because i said "no one cares" or something like that. It just shows that your one whipped sonofabish and you can't face that.

You know that kish does nothing, and your scared shitless because something may happen to the server if you do fire her. Get some balls you pathetic 14 year old ****** and fire her. You get all pissy when no one else works, when she sits there babbling on about how she loves nemesis and how she misses him, then she blatently says about every hour "I'm going to go call nemmy!" Se babbles more on RC than she actually works. You know this is true. Thats one of the reasons babylon's gone downhill. Notice since she became co-manager, you've gotten less and less players. You used to get 30 daily. Now on the playerlist, i see babylon barely reaching 20 on a daily basis, sometimes 30 maybe once a week. You know she's a downfall, because she has NO ideas, NO needed skills, and NO management skills. She is your basic GP in a high staff position with power hungry needs.

Like i said, you should do the server some good and FIRE her. Who cares if half the staff goes because she's their friend, **** HAPPENS! You can replace about 3/4 of your staff (not including your scripters and your developers), and Sage quit, one of the reasons being her, the other being school. Sage is one of my friends from graal (which sounds seriously lame, but we don't babble on about graal all day we actually talk about the real world), and another reason he quit Babylon was to *gasp* help me! Alex, babylon is dying. You've introduced NOTHING (or since last time i visited). You hold aimless posts on your forums about what should be put up next, yet you actually do nothing!

Oh wait.. mark that out.. we have a JUMPROPE NOW! Bet that was the best thing babylon's had in DECADES! Wow we can have a setani script we are soooooooooo cool! You've sunk to a new low. I've always thought of babylon as original, such as you had to actually go on a quest to get the bomb, and you should have done the same for bow, but you've sunk to the classic PK Playerworld. Nothing to do all day but Lasertag and PK.

Christ.. do the server a favor. Fire her from Babylon, and black list her. She doesn't need to be staff, unless she's a GP, because that is all she basically can do. Hire someone with actual idea's which make sense (i have tons of them, but i don't want to work for babylon, i have my own server to worry about), and they actually do work instead of yelling at staff for idling. And I'll reitterate it again, you told me you can idle until you'e been idling for an hour.

If 10 minutes idling is such a bad offense, alex, you should fire yourself, wind, kish, cortez, kadar, and everyone else who has RC. Everyone's idled on babylon, Kish is just a biased person who only catches the people she DISLIKES. Notice how she constantly talked to you to fire me because she doesn't like me, then she "accidently" banned me from the babylon forums (bull **** right there.)

Do the right thing, fire her. Get a better manager.

As much as I like kisharha. She isn't the material to help manage a server. I used to like her were she used to be. But then every day she would gain a right. And eventually it was out of hand. I quit because of poor management coming from people *cough* kish, cortez. *cough* Now alex, he needs to straighten up and do somthing about this instead of just sitting there saying, "YEAH I HAVE BEEN MANAGER FOR 4 MONTHS. THANKS!" Anyways that's all I have to say peace.

I have told Nemesis and the staff about a new rights system. I also have a new management system thing i planned out. It is now in effect. Kish knows how to enforce rules, is on when i am off, and someoen you can trust in. She also checks on staff and what they are doing.

Kish knows how to enforce the rules just as much as GP chiefs. Why don't you actually read that long ass post i spent 5 mins typing, then talk. She is on when your off talking about her life. And no, you cannot trust in kish, because if you say one bad thing about her, it'll get on her bad side, and she will hate you for eternity because she has some anal problems (something's been shoved too far up there). As for checking up on staff? Does the job position "Staff Manager" ring a bell? If it doesn't *ding ding ding* there you go, How about demoting her. She has NC control, yet she cannot script. Does that make sense? You gave me NC so that when sage was banned from graal while at his sisters, he would spruce up scripts in notepad then i would upload them. At least I had a purpose to having NC, she has no purpose. She knows nothing about scripting, yet she has it. You give her so many rights it's going to make me laugh at the corruption of this server. I say nemesis fires all of you, then hires someone capable of being a manager. I thought you had to be 15 to manage a server too, isn't that correct?

You guys say how when you're on RC you HAVE to be working...yet in that whole RC log I saw no evidence of someone actually working....Instead you were worrying about another guy being 'idle', and in case you didn't know...You can't make levels or graphics with graal.exe so....yeah

Alex, as much as you'd like to deny it, that's called "Communism", and that allows me to fire a nuke at your house you communist ******. Having to control every aspect of someone whether on rc or not, is a form of personal communism.

For the amout I was reading before i got bored, was some good points. Why give someone who has no NPC scripting skills access to a NPC server which is so importants to server funciting correctly.

Double click a .graal or .nw file and it'll ask what program youw ant to use to open it. choose the graal exe, and everytime you open it, it opens level editor. Thats how i edit levels in FTP, so when you save it uploads.

yeah but my point was, you can't be making a level, while actively be on RC... like you can't be chatting at the exact same time you are leveling

NC can also delete staff weapons or weapons that are very unfair. Without NC you could do it. But it is better using NC instead of guessing the NPC Name, then opening a level, then wreiting the line toweapons weapon name; , and repeating this everytime the weapon is uploaded.

sorry if im missing a few things, i started to read this conversation and stoped at the second page (ugh! sooo long! lol) and i couldn't help from laughing....Kish, as your friend, I don't think you should assume that he isn't working when you have no proof. Ive worked on the server since day one (not including the 3 times I quit, etc...) and i almost NEVER was informed of the rules and such, so maybe Raven had no idea that when you're on RC, you HAD to be doing work on it. When I was Events Admin and had RC, none of the high staff ever yelled at me or disconnected me for ideling, not even Alexander! So i dunno why yall are ganging up on Raven! :grrr: *faints*

Alex, i've known you for a while, but you have to look at it this way... PEOPLE WHO WORK, should be given RC. Work being developing levels, npcs, ganis, and gfx on the server. GPs, FAQs, and Events Team can do their job more effectively without RC.

She works offline (off her rc) and goes on aim i even chat to here x.x

All Staff with RC's have access to the Rules.txt . No exceptions.

Err I talked to alex. The rule is, is that you can only be idle for one hour. No more than that. Therefore, kish was trying to impress someone, so she broke the rules herself.

Raven wasn't responding for a good 15 minutes before I disconnected him. And according to the server rules:

16. If someone does not talk or you know is idling for at least 15 minutes, notify someone to disconnect the RC


Rules do not state 'one hour'. So I broke no rules. If Alex changes the rules they need to be written down and the old ones need to be changed so all can see them.

I've idled on RC a few times cuz it disappears off my task bar, so I don't see and I thought I logged off and I didn't...

Anyhow...if you are working offline, why come on RC? makes no sense, best not to come on and idle as player...If you move every little bit it's guaranteed that you will see a pm from atleast one person

Sorry Nem, I disagree, but not fully... I think that you should be allowed to idle, for 30-45 mins or somthing in that range. I think that you should be allowed to work online. Ya see, with me... I do alot of levels and upload ASAP. If i were to log on RC then log off every 5 min's just to upload a level, it would be stupid...

However, I do NOT AGREE that you should be allowed to leave RC on overnight or something for that amount of time. That's just a no-brainer..

RC is a privledge not a right...If you aren't using the functions of RC, then why must you be on if people will message you and you won't answer them? why have to face that...It's logical to staff offline and come on when you have time to do your job...eg...upload the levels, correct levels online, answer pms...

when you are working offline you are doing productive work, yet RC isn't meant to be open while you work offline..THats not it's purpose or it's function...

Edit...If the nick is "working" "making levels" such like that, then it's not idling because that person is doing something, but if that person is "working" and he or she hasn't changed his or her name or anything it's just like if you idle..generally if you are on rc, you tend to wanna check it now and then to make sure people know you are still there...It's a toss up but I think in my opinion that if you have direct business, meaning a quick fix to a level or updating it within a time frame then it should be done there...If you are making something new and it takes you 40 minutes to do it, there is no need to sit there idling on RC for 40 minutes while you make this level or script or whatever
