It's starting to become clear that the PWA may need to make a new rule.

Panny Channy is also being bugged to death about people wanting sanstrata back up, she doesn't want it back up, she shut it down for a reason.

The rule would somehow involve owner's permission if the server was shut down by the owner for a certain reason. I don't think it would prevent re-makes from getting up if the old owner doesn't give permission, but.....

Actually, I come on, see hoow you guys are, well, who ever is online, and then we chat about how the graphics are going. I'm sure it would of been nice if we actually had GFX Makers... :)
All you people had to do was ASK, nothing gets done without ASKING. If you wanted me to re-open the server, why didn't you ask? if you had a problem with me, why didn't you tell me? And so on and so forth. I'm helping alot of people, incluiding Kamuii, T3CK with the forums, and Screen_Name with Cira baen.

I liked old Mithica. The one where KERIN, Ruler of All, was owner. The other Mithica's with owners like Holycarp and Excalibur...eww. *cast Life 3 on Mithica* ;)
